The Brooklyn Arts District has a ways to go in things to do, but it's an easy walk to everything that downtown Wilmington offers. It's easy to get to from nearby Hwy 74/76. There's still street parking close by during most times, although I expect those days are numbered as the neighborhood rapidly gentrifies. Our accommodation was perfect for two couples. The mundane rear door entrance and window views won't impress, but interior aesthetics, floor plan, furnishings, owner extras, and cleanliness are all very good. Kitchen is well equipped with working appliances and even spices in the cupboard. The owner is excellent in responsive communication and was helpful in answering our questions about the property and the area. We absolutely recommend this property as a quieter, less costly alternative to historic downtown lodging.

We had a great stay in Wilmington. The location was perfect for exploring the riverfront and beaches. We were in town for a wedding but scheduled a few extra days. The condo had plenty of space for the 4 of us (ages 32, 32, 64, 68) and all the comforts of home. We stay at resorts and VRBOs quite a bit and we were very pleased with how well appointed this one was. The parking was along the street and we had to park around the corner or across the street a couple of time, but usually there was a spot out front. It was an easy walk to breweries and restaurants on the riverfront. It is also about 10 min. From the airport so that was a plus for us. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Wilmington.

We absolutely love the property! There was an amazing coffee shop practically right across the road. It is a little bit of a walk to the downtown shopping, but definitely manageable and the property itself was amazing and clean and had a little details that I wouldn’t even think to remember! The piece of pottery at the end was also a lovely souvenir!

We loved the location of the property. It was within walking distance of the River Walk, downtown and the historic district. The pottery, made by the owner, was a lovely touch. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Was close to everything, very nice place. Just a suggestion, invest in a iron & iron board. Would stay here again.

Communication with the owner was easy-peasy. The unit is wonderful and has everything you need. Walking distance. Parking was street but not difficult to find. Would stay again without hesitation. Like the pottery all throughout.
