About this house rental
Very nice, newly remodeled 1 bedroom with a California King bed. Granite Countertops, travertine tile, Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge with ice maker. Fully furnished with dishes and cookware. Your home away from home. Centrally located for easy access to all your vacation activities. Very comfortable, extra amenities. Fast wi-fi, HBO, Showtime and extended cable with streaming services available. Memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room for comfortable extra sleeping area. Full private unit with it's own separate entrance, kitchen, bath. We are a non-smoking and pet free home to help create an allergy free space. So please, do not book if you have a pet. We ask to be notified ahead of time if you have a service animal. Because we try to be allergen free, we will want to cover the sofa.

I stayed here for 18 nights in large part to recuperate from a broken arm and surgery on it; the arm had to heal enough for me to drive back to the East Coast. This was a perfect place! It was peaceful, had everything needed to live comfortably, and was close to grocery and drug stores, the university (at which I had meetings), and a laundromat. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, too.
Megan was an excellent host and has created a lovely home-away-from-home. Would definitely stay again, and indeed, hope to in the future!

We loved this place! It was extremely clean and organized. We were happy with a lot of the small things that don't always come with rental places (brochures, luggage holder, full-sized lotion and shampoo, etc.) We also liked the simple check in and check out, easy parking and lots of helpful instructions. All the rooms felt very spacious and we were able to spread out without feeling cramped. The only room that was a little tight was the bathroom (specifically the sink/toilet area, the shower was large). The area was very quiet and we felt secluded.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family in Tuscon. The unit was cozy, comfortable, and completely spotless. There were helpful directions on how to lock and unlock the door, which I very much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back the next time we are in town.

I knew from reviews and pictures this would be a good place, however it was much better than good. The building stands out in the neighborhood as a large lot and structure compared to others, very unusual. My concerns faded upon entering. Inside was a complete and well stocked full kitchen, large comfortable living room and a large bedroom (king bed) along with an attractive bath. We were surprised and very pleased with the quality and freshness of the rental. An added benefit is that Megan lives onsite and is great. And all at a fair price. You won't be disappointed.

This place is spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was great for a long term stay. The property owner swas very responsive. They laundered all linens weekly. It is a bit dark inside for staying in winter, mainly due to the small patio surrounded by a high fence and roof keeping natural sunlight from getting to the main living space. The fence and roof made the patio undesirable for using as an outdoor space. I think the owners have plans to improve all of the outdoor areas which will be a good improvement.

Quiet location, comfortable bed, sofa and recliner. Roomy kitchen, equipped for a month’s stay. Megan was helpful and quick to respond to questions, etc. We will stay here again next year.

It was a nice place to stay. The check-in and out process was easy. Overall the place was clean. The outdoor patio looked like it hadn't been used for a while because there was some spiderwebs around the chairs, but otherwise it was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay in tucson. great location and everythinf described was what we got. Megan was do attentive to our needs and a great communicator through our whole stay! we will definitely be back! I booked this place instead of hotel to move my daughter into college and this really helped ease the whole transition for me as a parent! I had somewhere to go that had home feeling instead of a hotel.

Overall, it was a nice place. The front photo of the place is a little misleading. The door to the right of the main entrance was the actual entrance into the rented space. It does sleep more than two, not comfortably, though, according to my folks. One had a motorcycle and was a little concerned with it getting stolen.
Would stay again.

Great place for visiting Tucson
Great property, had everything you would need to have a good visit to Tucson. Location was convenient to everything (fairly central, not too far to get on the Loop bike trail north or west, short drive east to Saguaro NP, west to desert museum).

A Solid Place in the Center of Tucson
Advantages: This place is located pretty much in the center of Tucson meaning you can easily get to all points west/east and north/south pretty quickly. The actual place itself is comfortable, clean, and updated. Communication with the host was excellent. And, as many have mentioned, a nice shower. The few drawbacks are that there isn't much of a view, there is a super small patio in the back with wood fencing, and the place really doesn't accommodate much more than 2 people. Overall, a solid stay for up to two people in the center of Tucson.

Nice place to stay
If you are traveling to Tucson, this definitely is a place to look at. It was somewhat centrally located as we did travel a lot south, east and west of Tucson. The host was fantastic as well and made the stay much more enjoyable.

First time in Tucson
Photo did not properly present the rental, although worked out okay. Good access to downtown Tucson and the university. Really nice spot for two people. We made it work for three. It was very clean and smelled good.

Good access to bike paths and hiking trails, as well as the university. Well furnished and equipped kitchen. Easy to keep cool. Superior shower! An excellent remote work from home place! Very responsive property owner who is quick to attend to your requests. A washer and dryer would be a nice addition.

Modern and quiet
I rented the casita so that I could have a quiet location to finish my veterinary school classes online during COVID 19. The apartment was exactly as advertised and very quiet. The inside is beautiful and I was more than comfortable during my stay. I would recommend it to anyone looking at staying in the area!

Lovely casita
Very nice and helpful people . Given the circumstance of of what was going on and me having to be in Tucson . They made my stay there very peaceful and with no worry . Booked the room in such short notice and they were able to accommodate me and go over and beyond to help me out .
