This luxury Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental offers three levels of indoor and outdoor living space, seven bedrooms with private bathrooms, a heated pool and spa, an elevator, and its own boardwalk to the beach. The foyer greets you with a striking double staircase. Straight back is the billiards room, complete with pool table, comfortable sitting area, flat-screen TV, large bar with refrigerator, dishwasher, and bar stool seating, and access to the first level deck. Three bedrooms with private bathrooms and a large laundry room are also located on the first level. The bedrooms on the right and left each feature a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with shower. The bedroom by the billiards room offers twin bunk beds, flat-screen TV, bathroom with shower/tub combo, and access to the first level deck. Ascend the foyer staircase to reach the main living space with stunning ocean views. The living room boasts a wall of windows and dual sitting areas with sofas and chairs. The large gourmet kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a large island bar stool seating. The oceanview kitchen also offers a large dining area and access to the main level deck. The main level includes two bedrooms - one king and one queen - both with flat-screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms, as well as a powder room and a laundry room. Two master suites, a common area with coffee bar and wine cooler, and a laundry room comprise the third level. Both ocean view bedrooms offer king beds, flat-screen TVs, and private bathrooms, one with double sinks, spa shower, and bathtub and another with large two-person sink and spa shower. Each level of the home has its own deck. The first level offers a pool and spa and stairs to the backyard and beach boardwalk. The pool is approximately 5-15ft x 30ft. The main level oceanview deck features a dining table and chairs as well as lounge chairs. The third level deck provides the perfect spot for soaking in the picturesque ocean views. The home offers 4 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 1 beach cart, and 1 cooler for use by guests. The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours! The spa can be heated for an additional $75/per day. This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email. Every pot, pan, cup, bowl, plate, utensil, etc. in the kitchen was dirty and needed to be washed before use.The washing machine in the basement has mold and debris in it.The stove vent was dripping with grease from a prior renter and needed to be cleaned.The entire house smells of mold, which is a health risk to anyone staying in the home.One of the lounge chairs by the pool is broken.The crockpot is broken and WAY TOO SMALL for a house of this size.The electric kettle has mold in it. The fridge is very rusted, and a health hazard with food being stored in a rust-filled fridge. Countless light bulbs are burned out.There was hair in the freezer.The kitchen cabinets are not cleaned. Some of the cabinet doors (and refrigerator door) needs to be sanded and repainted.The kitchen toaster is rusted on the inside and needs to be replaced.The kitchen faucet handle is broken and needs to be replaced.The kitchen towels are all stained. I re-washed them upon arriving to the house in hopes they were dirty and would come clean, but they need to be replaced.The windows looking out to the beach need to be cleaned so they don’t block the ocean view.The exterior windows and doors are covered in mold. A property manager came out at the beginning of our stay and sprayed bleach on a couple of the doors, but there is still MUCH more that needs to be done to get rid of the mold issue. The door leading to the pool and the door from the kids room to the outside were covered in mold. Too many issues

This is an annual family get together. 12 years now. First with VRBO and Akers Ellis. By far the smoothest, cleanest, best in almost all categories.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family of 16. Very quiet and private beach area. House has Plenty of room for 7 kids. Kitchen is spacious and great for a big family. The house was welcoming and very clean. The pool was perfect and well taken care of. All the appliances / ice machines worked perfectly and plenty of fridge space. And there was lots of beach gear available which was a nice surprise. The property manager answered any questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this house. The only thing we didn’t realize was the kitchen comes with no staples. (Oil, salt/pepper). Other then that the House was well supplied. We had a wonderful stay.

This property was amazing! The view was spectacular, the amenities were wonderful, the place was spotless, and we all had a fabulous time! We would come here again! Everyone raved about the house, the pool, the decks, the view, and spaciousness of it all! There was a laundry room on each floor. Each bedroom had a lovely bathroom as well. I cannot imagine a better place to rent !

The home is excellent. The location is even better! We rented the property for our companies annual leadership meeting. The home worked prefect for it. Nice rooms, great places to meet, etc. I would love to bring my family back here as well.
