This wonderful year round family vacation property is located at the Big Sky mountain village within easy walking distance of the Bear Back Poma lift, village restaurants, shops and entertainment. You'll feel at home in the rustic elegance of this spacious three level condominium while enjoying the stunning views of Lone Mountain and the Spanish Peaks. This condo has rich amenities and luxury décor throughout. An open forum great room, gourmet kitchen, and dining area with large breakfast bar, is great for sharing meals and relaxation before and after enjoying a day of Big Sky activities. Sliding doors lead to upper and lower decks where you can take in breathtaking views of Lone Mountain while cooking on the grill just steps from the kitchen, or soak in the comforting 6 person hot tub located right outside the lower level family room. This vacation home has been set up with relaxation, comfort and family FUN in mind. Besides an abundant selection of outdoor activities, guests will find a selection of videos, books, and board games for their enjoyment. If staying 'connected' is a must, free DSL and WiFi access is available. BIG PLUS -- you can avoid the need for a rental car if you stay in this location!! Guests will have use of the ground level attached two stall garage equipped with boot drying and ski racks, and plenty of storage for your ski or fishing equipment. The place was beautiful and spacious for our family of five. It was walking distance (with gear) to the lifts at the base of the Mountain Village and even closer to the poma lift at Bear Back. We loved the well stocked kitchen with spices, condiments, etc for the nights we stayed in for dinner. The high ceiling, gas fireplace, and well planned interior lighting made the place very cozy. Everything was thought out, from the heated garage with glove/boot dryers to the sound system and comfy bedding. We will definitely like to stay there again.

Communication was excellent with owner. Unit was clean, well equipped, spacious, and was in an excellent location to be able to walk to the ski base. No complaints or concerns or suggestions, we hope to stay here again next year.

It’s the perfect big sky experience. Close but quiet. Beautiful fully stocked kitchen. Great hot tub. And the host is gracious and accommodating. Highly recommended

BE9 was a fabulous property for our family trip to Big Sky. It has everything you would want. It is well-located near the mountain village and the ski slopes. The kitchen/living room was very comfortable with wonderful views of the mountain. The hot tub was a welcome treat after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo with great space and amenities for our group. We never could get the tv in the great room to work, the property manager was responsive and tried to help, but we gave up. Overall a great location and worked very well for us. Would definitely recommend to others!

Stayed at property for a week over Jan and it was outstanding! Location and mountain view were better than expected, extremely easy to access slopes and shops. No need for car unless exploring outside village. Highly recommend and we will be back again. Thank you

We have stayed here a few times and always love it. Joellen is an attentive host and the house has everything you might need. Location is great with easy access to slopes and walking distance to mountain village.

It has a wonderful cabin decor and terrific views of the mountain. It takes. a bit of skill but it is a ski in/ ski out location. You can easily walk two or three blocks to restaurants, ski rentals and grocery stores. You do not need a car.
If you like to cook it is very well equipped with high end cookware, housewares and even had numerous spices and some condiments in the refrigerator.
The owner and local property manager were very responsive. I'd stay here again when I return to Big Sky.

I couldn't have nicer things to say about our stay in the condo at Big Sky. A short walk to the main lift chairs but we found it easier to walk to the t-bar that's in the opposite direction. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with any items you need to cook a meal (we made our lunches each day).
The owners are above and beyond with their communication and desire for you to have a great trip/experience. They sent us a lovely Christmas card before our January stay. Also included was a free pie from a local bakery. We would absolutely stay here again and come back to Big Sky. Would recommend this condo/experience to anyone and hope to be back soon.

Overall a great place to stay . Check in was a little rough as we did not get the instructions by mail or email. Property manager help us out. Location is great but if you have beginner skiers the Poma left and return down silver knife run may be a little overwhelming-saw several families struggle. The garage is a plus that allows you to store skis, boot up and use the provided boot drier.

Black Eagle 9 was a perfect home away for a week in Big Sky. The location is perfect. The house is fully stocked and labeled, not missing a thing. The beds, linens, towels were all comfortable. The Hot Tub is perfect for a visit after a day in the slopes. The property manager is very efficient and friendly with any questions we had. A wonderful home we hope to cause again.

Great time! Great location. Skied out the garage to the poma lift, and skied back home from the main lift area. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax after a day of skiing. View of Lone Mountain from the house was spectacular!

Amazing hostess and the attention impecable . Joellen was beyond kind and warm , with perfect communication . Her suggestions are on spot , and the coconut pie at The Coffee Pot ( Bozeman ) with her gift card was unbelievable
( definitely a must , and we are from Miami ) . The cabin is beautiful , looks like out from a movie setting , located within Big Sky resort and the beautiful blue water rivers with perfect sunrises and sunsets . Reasonable distance from Yellowstone park and 15 min away from the outfitters fish shop , which has customized tours. If you are feeling more adventurous, you can drive 3 hours to Jackson Hole Wyoming, fin town and the beautiful Grand Tetons , also 4 hours away from Glacier National Park and the Vortex , 15 min before the glacier park entrance , highest paranormal activity in the United States . The cabin has a beautiful chimney to relax when nights get chilly , neat decor and all appliances with cookware and utensils needed . The beds are heavenly comfy and the showers excellent water pressure and temperature after a long day exploring . The basement is cozy and opens up to the jacuzzi and the second floor has a balcony to enjoy starry nights with the breeze and cricket sounds . One of the best stays I ever had . Highly recommended.

This property is amazing! Everything you could possibly need is in this townhome. It’s super close to base camp and beautifully decorated. My family of 5 had tons of space. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place, we hope to return. Perfect for large groups. Close to the resort and only a 10 minute drive to the base of the mountain. Great views from the hot tub! Comfy beds!!

We felt at home with loads of space on 3 floors. The kitchen and great room are the highlights with great designs and styling. Designed for skiing, we used it as our base to visit Yellowstone and Grand Teton parks. It contributed to a restful week.

We really enjoyed our family ski trip at Big Sky and the condo was great. The views of Lone Peak from the great room are stunning! The location was very convenient - just a short walk to the main lifts and the village center with shops and groceries. Everything about the stay was seamless from check in to to check out. Thanks to Joellen for her great communication and helping make our vacation so memorable.

We had a terrific family stay at this excellent condo at Big Sky. The condo was very well supplied, the beds and pillows excellent, the kitchen fully supplied with cooking utensils and excellent up to date appliances. This made staying there very comfortable. The ski trail was very close for skiing in and out. the mountain village is only a short walk and there were restaurants, the base area and a market within short walking distance. The rooms allowed our children to stay in comfortable settings with privacy, and we could gather in a lovely living/dining area. The lower level provided a pull out couch bath and laundry which was great as well as garage access and acess to a superb hot tub with an incredible mountain view.
I would highly recommend this unit as it represents a superb value at a wonderful ski area!

Last Dec. we were looking for a condo to accommodate our group that was on the hill and close to the lifts.. We came across this one and feel like we found an awesome treasure! We have stayed at many other condos at Big Sky over the last 25 yrs and this has been the best. It was clean and maintained very well. Our stay at this beautiful condo was wonderful. We had our family of 3 grown children, 2 with spouses, our 4 mo old grandson, and our daughter -in -law's parents from Seattle stay there with us. There was plenty of room and never once felt crowded. We had breakfasts there and cooked dinners at night on the barbeque. They had everything you needed. The owners were exceptional to work with and made everything go so smoothly. We all love to ski and it was easy to get to the lifts and to the shops. The view and the hot tub were great too. This was a perfect place for our family, but would also be a great trip for four couples. We definitely recommend this place and we look forward to visiting it again.

It was our first time at Big Sky, and we had no idea where to stay, as we usually go to Deer Valley. This place was a total bargain in comparison, and turned out to be a great choice for us. It's easy to get down to the pommel lift, which takes you up to the main ski area. Our kids loved all the snow around the condos, and spent hours playing with other kids who were staying there. The unit itself is very nice, and we had a ton of room for just the four of us; you could probably have an entire other family in there. There were a few technical issues when we first got there (the microwave didn't work and the internet was down), but the property manager was very attentive, and got right on it.
