it was modern and suited the location. it close to the beach and shops and the railway station. it’s was well equipped with the necessities. very spacey and open making it comforting.

Lovely property in an excellent location. Very spacious,even had chairs etc to take to the beach.
The chairs in the kitchen were dirty and the back on one of them was broken. Some of the paintwork in a few areas needs some attention.
However,this is a lovely property and will definitely be booking it again.

it is so beautifully decorated and finished. Everything has been done to make the holiday maker comfortable. plenty of towels etc. Perfect.
The garden needed attention. it’s pretty bad. The rubbish disposal information kept my sister quiet for ages.

Great house in excellent condition and great location. Having 2 cars was not a problem as the long-term car park was 5 my mutes walk away.

Very well equipped, nice layout, in great location, warm in winter. Easy walk to shops, beach and train station. Spent Christmas here and there was still plenty to do locally. Extra touches like umbrellas was welcomed with the rain we had!

Lovely house, comfortable and well equipped. Good central location.
Bath in top bedroom is quite small, plug hard to work (spins open when water goes in) and no shower attachment.

Lovely big kitchen diner which was well equipped and easy to negotiate.
All bedrooms were big and bedroom on level 3 was really nice, we could look out of velux window see what was going on in the world and also have window open and not be overlooked which was important for us. Ensuite in bedroom on level 3 had a big modern bath.
Beds were very comfortable and nice crisp bedding. Shower in main bathroom was huge and very efficient, all nice modern fittings.
Gilly was very responsive when answering my questions prior to arrival and also gave us a great deal of information about the area.
Parking on the property was superb, no need to take car when walking down town or along the beach. Lots of independent shops in the town, we visited the farm shop for delicious fruit and the patisserie for yummy crusty rolls and different cakes every day (it had to be done)!Also the butchers where they had outstanding cooked meats and hand raised pork pies which were lovely for lunch.

Within easy walking distance of the beach, railway station, shops, restaurants and pubs. Unfortunately we went as soon as Boris let us out on 12 April so not able to go inside the pubs! Very comfortable house, like a home from home with everything you could need. Particularly liked extra touches such as tea/coffee making in the top bedroom as well as toiletries. The house has been updated incredibly well - owner left “before” pictures.This is a great base to visit lots of places in South Devon. The kids had a blast and want to come back again.
