Beautiful modern villa with stunning views and lovely terrace. Lovely responsive owner who couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect

Nothing really!

We absolutely loved our stay at villa Anastasia, from the moment we arrived Katerina couldn’t do enough for us! We met her at her restaurant on arrival and she kindly gave us a lift to the villa with our cases and showed us around the villa. She also sorted out car hire and wouldn’t let us pay for any drinks at her restaurant, which by the way is excellent and won’t disappoint if you are truly looking for a authentic Greek restaurant with traditional live music. The villa itself is perfect for two people, completely private, you will not be disturbed ;) The villa is situated on a hill so you have a lovely view over the harbor and is a short walk 15-20 away, bare in mind it is an uphill walk on the way back which may not suit everyone but was perfect for us:) I would definitely recommend hiring a car as there are several beautiful beaches around the island that are superior to the one closest to the villa. If you are wanting a relaxing laid back holiday, Skopelos is the island for you. we really could not recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return to the villa Anastasia! If I’m being picky it would be the Wi-Fi connection as it wasn’t great and the fact that you cannot use the barbecue due to fire risk! Ideally this needs to be taken off the list of facilities. But the biggest dislike was having to Leave and going home, wish we stayed for longer!

The Villa was self-catering and had everything you needed in every room. The pool was fabulous and private. The outside space and balcony / patio were huge and well furnished, with amazing sea and town views. Plenty of parking spaces. Hosts were extremely welcoming and met us at the Villa to explain everything and let us know how we could contact them if we needed anything at all. It is located within a 10-minute stroll to the town.

Honestly - Everything was perfect

A really beautiful and comfortable villa with lovely views. we loved the privacy and peacefulness of the location. we really enjoyed having our own pool and the bed was sooo comfy !

we appreciate that the location is what allowed us to have the peacefulness and privacy, however it was a very hot walk back up the hill. we would have appreciated a bottle of water for arrival.

The villa is wonderful. The views are magnificent. Katerina and her daughter Anastasia were great hosts. They also own a very nice restaurant on the way to town and we had a lovely lunch there. We didn't hire a car and managed very well. The walk into town was quick and easy although a bit steep on the way back. It was the perfect spot for a holiday in Skopelos and we would love to stay there again. I think it is probably the best villa on the island. Thank you Katerina and Anastasia xx

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The view and the facilities were impecable, the location ideal - within minutes walk to the center yet quiet and private

The view was unparalleled- out over the Skopelos town and the sea. Day or night it was perfect! A little far for us to walk into town, but the 2 min drive was no trouble. Very comfortable bed and furnishings, and the pool was delightful. Good AC even during the big heat wave. Katerina was very attentive and helped us quickly when we needed assistance.

Not a problem for us, but there were a lot of steps to get from the parking area up to the home- you must be able bodied. The steps were worth it for the view- wow!

Clean and neat place (it is clear that the hostess has paid attention to it), amazing view, great location with private pool and parking. Also, Ms Katerina is very friendly, helpful and easygoing!!

The mattress could have been a bit firmer, but this is personal preference
