I book with this hotel and then I ask I called them I make a phone call with the managers the number they bought it on the website and then after that when I reach to the managers of this hotel, I asked him to have a swimming pool, he said no. We don't have I said alright thank you so much, I wanna translate it. I try to translate it I cannot after 3 days and no, sometimes I translate it and after 3 days. Someone tried to charge my card for 93. Jordan and dinners cutting off from my card.

To be honest it's good value for money, the room is clean. It's couple of minutes by car or foot to the city center.
The neighborhood ! The hotel is upfront an industrial area, the windows from the room aren't well isolated so it's very noisy without possibility to rest in the morning.
The customer service was bad, the host is not nasty but he is not welcoming. He just gave us the key room without explanation. It is one of his co-worker Ahmed who nicely did it.
Quite disappointed but that's experience !

Staff was so nice. The receptionist take us to the city centre for free just because we didn’t have an idea how to go. When we come with a taxi, the taxi driver was rude to us and he wanted more money than what we accept and the receptionist argued with him. The room was nice.
Bathroom was little bit dirty.

The swimming pool was not clean enough, also the rooms.

Clean private room with bathroom and an air conditioning. It's also equipped with a fridge and a kettle. The reception is 24h and the staff is helpful. A view to the red sea from the window. There is also an elevator and a pool. The location is not bad, close to the Aqaba fortress and a local bus station.
Homeless dogs walking around the hotel and barking at the night are bothersome.
Obviously it is not the most comfortable hotel you can imagine, but it is one of the most cost-effective hotels in the City.

Balcony without view tho, friendly stuff, room has clean towels, shampoo anda fridge.
Room is badly finished not that clean, some sort of dog village in front of the place be prepared to be waken up

The stuff was very nice, The owner was always really helpful and kind, spacious rooms, great location, very comfortable beds.
