Great location, modern apartment, great tv and living room space. Nicely laid out.

Normal doublebed with wooden footer. I was too tall for the bed due to the footer and could get comfortable due to this.

Beautifully presented apartment, sparkly clean and amazingly located.

Bedroom could benefit from having black-out blinds fitted.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 'Bay View'. The flat was clean, comfortable and very quiet. I was looking for a quiet spot with a view to relax, have a break and catch upon some studies. I was impressed with the standard of decoration and the thoughtful attention to detail. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower provided plenty of hot water. Good WIFI signal and Netflix available to use as a guest. I even found a Clanger happily living in the kitchen! Perfect - I will definitely be returning.

small double bed, limited clothes storage(none in bedroom), Yale door lock didn’t function (had to rely on mortice lock), bathroom door wouldn’t close.

The view was great and the rooms light and airy with big picture windows. The kitchen was well stocked with the little thing you need and forget like washing up liquid, a few coffee pods, bin liners etc. to take the hassle out of the stay.

Location lovely sea views, very near shops, excellent cafes and restaurants, quiet residence, light airy flat, very spacious for 2 people, great bathroom, lots of towels, excellent shower, well stocked kitchen. We really liked it very comfortable - excellent living space.

Only 1 window in living room could be opened a bit, kitchen window very stiff to open, cord for bedroom blinds too high to reach, Very complex booking system

Location amazing. Gorgeous sea view. Convenient for the beach and town. The video doesn’t do the view justice as the sea is near enough to hear the waves. Beautiful decor. Well stocked kitchen with all crockery and utensils. Bathroom shower superb.

For 2 people this is fine but this is NOT suitable for more than 2 guests. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable.

Apartment was clean, well equipped and fantastic location.

Very minor, but curtains in the bedroom would be beneficial as blinds don’t keep light out after around 4am.

Location is fabulous, the seaview is excellent and 'everything' is within easy walking distance - the prom, the beach, the bandstand, the jetty etc (all the 'holiday by the seaside' things) ... and also the 'high street' is also easy walking distance, so making self-catering quite easy (Tesco really close) if you need to get milk, bread etc etc ... better still there are lots of cafes and restaurants so you dont have to do much cooking. - Breakfast at Aqua is very good. The apartment is spacious, light and airy - fab.

There are just two things that would improve this holiday apartment ... given that it is a more premium rate cost option ... I think a King or SuperKing bed would be more appropriate - the small 4'6" bed seemed a bit 'cheap' and it would be to have been nice to have a mirror on the dressing table - there are loads of mirrors in the apartment beautifully reflecting light about, but they are all quite high - the only one that could be used when drying my hair was the one over the mantlepiece in the sitting room (perfectly do-able but a usable bedroom mirror would be better).

The property was lovely, clean and very homely and in an excellent location with excellent views.

The water was slow to drain in the bathroom sink and shower but that is the only negative thing I could say

The location was perfect. The apartment was roomy, and all the expected features such as kitchenware, sofas, TV and wi-fi were available. There were lovely views from the property.

The Yale lock on the property door didn't work, I spent some time trying to open it. The property opened from the bottom lock. The cords that opened the blinds in the bedroom were so high that they couldn't be reached - this was mentioned in a review months ago and is therefore inexcusable. Further, the window didn't open and prevented ventilation on a very warm night. The window in the kitchen was very stiff to open. Floors were creaky, and the noise from the flat above us was unacceptable from quite early in the morning.

Very clean , nicely decorated , modern kitchen with enough kitchen equipment for food preparation. There was small glitch with a request for extra bed linen , but this was quickly resolved. Would definitely stay here again.

Would have been nice to open a window for ventilation, but I can understand it might have been unsafe as windows very large & old . The unit in the hall might have been air con., but couldn't find enough instructions to use it.

The location was perfect.

The place was really homely and clean and just had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Really cosy but also quirky decor.

Paying a substantial cleaning fee but also being responsible for doing dishes and taking bins out. However I think this is standard for UK holiday lettings so it also wouldn't put me off staying again as it was so lovely all round.

Excellent view. Great location. Comfortable decor and furniture.

It was very cold. 16 degrees in the flat when we arrived on thursday afternoon. We tried to increase the temperature at the thermostat but it didn't get higher than 17 degrees until the owner came on saturday night and adjusted it remotely. Saturday morning the radiators didn't come on at all. The shower was also only just warm. The reason given was that it had to be safe for children. A portable heater was in the flat but it didn't work and by phone we were told it wouldn't be replaced, though a replacement was brought on saturday night. We were told by phone how to boost the temperature using the thermostat but this failed to work. In midwinter we expected to have a warm flat to begin with but unfortunately it was cold virtually the whole stay. Coincidentally, today on Radio 4, The Today Programme, it was disclosed the average heated temperature for British homes is 24 degrees. We would have been happy with 20-21 degrees. 16.degrees is not acceptable.

Fantastic location - the building is at the end of a small square overlooking the bay and minutes away from the cafes, restaurants and small local shops. This is a beautiful flat and was both clean and comfortable.
