Obiekt położony w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji. Wszędzie blisko. Przestronny wygodny. Było nas 5 osób i kompletnie nie mieliśmy odczucia, że jest nas za dużo. Łóżka wygodne, pościel czysta. Na przywitanie czekało na nas wino. Kuchnia kompletnie wyposażona. Gospodarz przemiły. Bardzo dziękujemy za wszystko.

Light, airy and comfortable apartment with lovely character, well laid out and great facilities. Efficient air con and Wi-Fi. We’ll located for public transport and walking distance to the beach and port. Bakery next door was great too! We were able to check in early which was great as we had an early morning flight.

Dirty/dusty communal stairwell that ended up going into the apartment. This is probably due to the building work going on next door which was noisy but no fault of the owners or apartment.

Nice, spacious apartment in a good location. Bakery and grocery shop next door. Cycle hire, restaurants and bars very close. 10 min to Marina club and the beach.

Apartment was advertised as non-smoking but it smelled of smoke and there were cigarettes butts that the cleaner forgot to dispose of. One of the showers drains was blocked so couldnt' use. Hallways not nice but apartment was nicely renovated.

Smelly rooms and garbage just in front of the house causing flies and mosquitos to fly in. Very small rooms. A bit too expensive for what it is. Close to the beach (15 mins walk)

close to the port, bus and tram. the aircon and tv facilites although tv controller didnt work. wifi did.

We arrived late and didnt have the right code to get the keys, I called the owner who after 3 times picked up the call, he waited whilst we opened the entrance door and walked up to the apartment, unfortunately the stairs were filthy dirty with dust, handrail and anything touched. the apartment was better but had not been cleaned for us as could be seen dust everywhere, the bedrooms are small, the bed was ok, the curtains were full of dust as cupboards and top shelves. the bathrooms were ok but paint was falling off the ceiling and the parquet flooring was uneven caused by a previous water leak, a little dangerous when walking on without shoes. The apartment is on the first floor and we had to put up with 2 nights of noisy bar party downstairs as it used for events and parties. We could hear everything from the Neighbors upstairs as well including their conversations as there is sound proofing in the ceilings or flooring. the windows on the street are very old and don't shut well,so any noise can be heard, the new windows are in the bedrooms.

We were a family of six adults and one baby. Had a great stay, there’s all the facilities you could think of, including the baby throne, tea, coffee, sugar, iron, hairdryer, kettle, and Nespresso machine. Location is great, it’s literally ten minutes walk to the beach and it’s quiet and very private. Loved the old building but how modern the apartment was. Will definitely come back.

The apartment was super clean and worked well for a family. The location is perfect being near the beach and very close to the tram station to go into the city centre Our host was friendly , kind and helpful

The apartment is close to the beach. It has two bathrooms and a washing mashine which was great for us.
