The apartment is very well located in the old town but do beware that if you follow Google instructions you may have a very interesting drive around the old town's narrow streets to reach the apartment which is located in a one way street. Apartment B is at the back of the building so is very quiet and does have its own private patio area. Everything was very clean. The garage underneath was very handy and gave us peace of mind that our motorcycles were safely tucked away.

We visited in November and the apartment was very cold and the air conditioning system difficult to get to function efficiently to warm it up. The heater in the bathroom worked well, but towels remained damp, so a heated towel rail would be useful for winter visitors. There was very little room for clothing to be stored with just a hanging rail available in the wardrobe. You will not be able to cook full meals in the apartment as there is no oven and only 2 burners on the stove top. No kettle either. Our biggest surprise was that there was no toilet paper which was apparently mentioned in the instructions but we had overlooked that. Regardless of whether or not we had been forewarned, we did not think it was reasonable to not provide even one toilet roll especially as the local shop only sells them in quantities of 8. Getting all the keys and garage opening device back in the right place on leaving was complicated and would be quite difficult if you were on your own as the outside door needs to be propped open to return the other keys to the apartment upstairs.

Nice apartment, perfect location and garage included - priceless

It was fabulous to have a quiet, well furnished apartment so close to everything in Toledo. The secure garage on the premises was an added bonus. It is also a few steps from the river walk -- to the left you walk to the bridge and up to the Mirador in 35 minutes, to the right you can stroll all the way to the other side of town. This is a great value!

Perfect location, with private and secure garage underneath the apartment. Very, very clean. Very close to local bar, and only a few minutes walk to the city centre.
