Best house we have ever rented on Nantucket. Perfection.

We spent 2 weeks here with the family and this location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, down town and shops. On a private dead end lane which was great for kids to run and play. We will be visiting again. Excellent hosts and clean house.

Really felt much more like staying at a friend’s house than a rental. Everything about this house was perfect. Great layout. Great kitchen. Roomy bedrooms. Great outdoor space. I could not have felt more at home. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

Perfect Week at "Sue Casa"
We spent a week at this property in June and we had a lovely time. The kitchen is well stocked with items you may need during the week and the grill works great! Beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the bunk room and the yard. Fantastic Home Close to Town
Our family had an amazing week in this home. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great with a short walk to Jetties Beach and Town Center. We have 3 kids ages 11 to 15 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Will definitely rent it again. T & k from Westchester NY

Fabulous Brant Point home!
We had 5 adults stay at this lovely home. It exceeded our expectations. It appears to be a small house from the small dead end road but it is deceptively spacious. We all had plenty of room, grilled outside, watched a movie one night, enjoyed it all. The house is VERY well equipped for a rental. We have stayed in many rentals on Nantucket and this was one of the best with regard to what was provided. The beds and bedding were soft and cozy, there were lots of extra towels and the kitchen had everything needed from lobster tools to plenty of serving dishes, wine glasses, cloth napkins. We hope to stay at 1 Sylvia Lane again!

Great house in a great location
If you want a Nantucket experience that includes a quintessential Nantucket cottage, this is the house for you. The layout is perfect, with a very private Master bedroom and also another bedroom with two double bunk beds (sleeps four) that is far enough from the main living area that the "kids room" can be as loud as it wants. Nice back yard and deck, and an easy walk to town or the beach. A winner!

Stunning Home in an absolute perfect location!
What an incredible home! The amenities and decor of the house are exceptionally appointed. It is the perfect place to come home to after a long day at the beach. Beds and couches are extremely comfortable and stylish and the location is fabulous for quick walks in to town. The mangers Sonny and Susan are spectacular. Always available and willing to answer any questions. I could not say enough positive things about this incredible home. An absolute must stay!
