We stayed for 8 days while attending a Bills/Dolphins game. You’re overlooking Ocean Dr in the middle of all the action here. Right next to Mangos, it was loud, but you know that going in. Roomy, clean, a balcony, are all pluses. Communication with Lee was outstanding. Everything was outstanding. We’ll be back,…

This was a great property and location… was not told there was no parking and had to pay $175 to park car down the street. The condo is above a restaurant turn nightclub… so the entire place rocked and vibrated every single night until 3am. We enjoyed it but was not aware of all this…So if peace and quiet is what you are after… this is not for you.

Spent 9 nights in this very nice, spacious and nicely furnished condo with great balcony view of the Lummus Park and the ocean. Unique architectural style of the building is eye-catching. The unit by itself deserves 5 stars or more. However, the surrounding noise very late into the night from the restaurant directly below and the night club next door opened until 5 AM made the stay much less enjoyable for me as I prefer to go to sleep by 2 AM, have a good 6-7 hour rest, hit the Starbucks around 9 AM and the beach by 10 AM. I stayed on Ocean Drive 4 times before so I pretty much know what to expect going in, but this time the relentless 'pounding' noise from those two places until 4-5 AM every morning, which rattled the entire living room and bedroom, made my routine impossible. Noise ordinance does not seem to apply to these two establishments, All they have to do is turn down the volume a couple of notches late into the night, but there is nobody to enforce it. Left two messages with noise ordinance hot line, but to no avail and nobody called me back. Consequently, I recommend this condo and location mainly to those who like partying into wee hours of the morning and don't go to bed until after 5 AM. Otherwise, there are much quieter places farther south on the strip and that's where I stayed in the past and will stay in the future,

All I can say is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This property is right in the heart of South Beach. It was just as advertised; Clean, comfortable, & inviting. Lee was excellent with communicating and was always quick to respond with answers to any question you may have. My husband & I will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

Awesome little condo with all you could need! Definitely in the bustling busy area during spring break, so if you like quiet, this place isn’t for you. If you want to be among the music and crowds and action, this is your place! Super close walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops.

So my stay was very recent during spring break which I knew might be crazy at night, I stayed for a week every single night you’re gonna hear music every day of your stay .. I figured out I was right under a club I was fine because I stayed out late some nights but I had work some days so trying to sleep was not that good. Not only are you above a club but your around more than several you’re gonna hear music people screaming all of that cops are sitting in front of the balcony . Now my other problem is there’s no curtains where the balcony is I had to make one with a sheet only cause the balcony is facing the strip and people can see you in the condo , I also had a leak several times in the kitchen and if you’re staying for at least 4 days ask in advance for more towels, toilet paper and a extra clean pack of bedsheets my bedsheets had stains on them lucky I bought my own blanket to put on top of the sheets . There was a smell of cannabis as well which is was some nights I’m sure people were smoking next to me . I did like the 4th floor with the balcony it’s was nice you could see everything the living area was clean wasn’t a fan of the bathroom the shower needs a certain the blinds aren’t secure enough and they are kinda nasty. But overall it was okay but it could be better!

We had a great experience. We were notified that the central air was not working and needed repair. Not to worry they had placed 2 large units in the apartment & had them running already when we arrived They also set up service to have it repaired. Lee and his assistant were great at communicating and committed to not have our stay inconvenienced. We were notified when people would be servicing the unit, and we were not required to be there for the servicing. We would recommend renting from him again.

We came for a New Year’s vacation. The property was clean and located perfectly, with the balcony overlooking the Ocean Drive. We got a great view of the fireworks.

This is a great apartment right on Ocean Blvd in the Art/Deco area of South Beach. It has a veranda overlooking the street, which makes for great people-watching. The apartment is right in the middle of everything and across the street from the park and the beach. You really could not ask for a better spot for this area. It is very secure, requiring multiple codes to enter. Lee was very quick to respond to any inquiry and very accommodating. The only downside for us was the fact that the apartment is directly adjacent to a nightclub and a bar. We enjoyed visiting both, but their music can be heard (and felt) in the apartment all night. If you are a night owl and plan to party into the wee hours of the morning, this will not be a problem at all. If you want to go to sleep before 3 or 4 AM, it could be. Other than that, we highly recommend this apartment.

This was a great spot to stay at for a couple of nights in the heart of South Beach in Miami right on Ocean.
The communication with Lee and his team was prompt and efficient throughout our stay. And, the property was perfect in every way for our needs. I'd recommend a stay here for others who want an experience right in the thick of it.

If you want something that is in the middle of everything, this is the right place to be. The location is amazing. The view from the balcony looking at the beach and on top of Ocean Drive was perfect. If you are ready to party, there is literally a club to the right, left, and underneath. But don't worry about the noise, you really can't hear it from the bedroom. So you will get plenty of rest!
My only issue was that the elevator was not working while we were there so we had to use the back stairs. That was kind of hard for my boyfriend.
But I definitely recommend staying here, I will be back soon!

This property is located in the center of all the action. It sits atop a night club which plays music late into the night. The Unit is nicely appointed and clean. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We were disappointed that building elevator did not function for most of our trip. We realize this is not the Unit owner's fault, but it made for a less than ideal stay. Walking around the back of the building and walking up the back stairs is a very bad experience, especially if you're nicely dressed - the back stairway is extremely dirty and smelling, very narrow, littered with trash and otherwise unsightly. It was clear to us that the elevator routinely malfunctions because of the tattered signs around the property instructing guests to use the back stairwell. Notwithstanding the nasty stairwell required to access the Unit, we enjoyed our stay and the Unit was perfect for long weekend getaway to South Beach.

My wife and I booked this for our summer get away! We love Miami and this place was just icing on our party cake! Great location and the atmosphere was fun! Always felt safe and love the beach being so close! Will definitely be booking again!!

My brother and I stayed at this location for 8 days. The condo was a nice size. It looks just like the pictures posted on Vrbo. Lee and his assistant Alex were very helpful and got right back to me if I had any questions. An example there was no ironing board. I contacted Lee an within 15 - 20 minutes Alex brought me a brand new ironing board. The place was very clean. Great location on Ocean Drive. Gated with codes to into front gate, side entrance, and condo made us feel secured.
Enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you Lee and Alex for your quick response and for a lovely condo.

The location is the best. Everything was just like the pictures. Lee was so responsive and went out his way to assist me with parking. I was having an issue with checking in and instead of emailing he picked up the phone and called. That made all the difference. I will definitely be staying here again. I cannot say enough about the accommodations and Lee. Thanks for having us and see you next time.

The property was great. Pet friendly. Close to everything you'd want to do in South Beach. We had one little issue with a water heater and Lee was easy to get in touch with to get it figured out.

This location is great for enjoying morning coffee on the patio while people watching. Centrally located to every hot spot on South Beach. The apartment had lots of natural light so we didn’t feel claustrophobic. There is a very popular night club next door that stays open till wee hours of the morning but it didn’t bother us as we knew what we were renting.

Both Lee and Alex are great and very quick to respond to any query. There is no parking but that is likely the case with everything on south beach but you really do not need a car if you are staying here as everything on south beach is at walking distance.Overall my stay was great.
