Excellent!!!

Amazing location and great apartments. We had the opportunity to have all three apartments so the place was basically for us. Walking distance from all important places in Noto and great location to drive to near by beaches/cities. Parking is not easy but we were able to find a spot every day on the street.

It’s location was fantastic, less than 50 steps to Il Corso, main street of Noto antico. Right next door there is a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch & dinner - how convenient.

The location is top! Just off the main street of Noto in a quiet side street and next to an all day cafe that is great for breakfast. The house is a lovely old building and the apartments are spaceous and well designed. Cheerfully decorated with a quirky mix of re-used antiques, vintage and kitsch, which worked pretty well except for the plastic chairs. The terrace of the "diamante" apartment is a great place to sit with a drink.

The apartment would have been almost perfect if it wasn't for the bed. We both found the mattress to be very uncomfortable, hard as rock and with a sensation that the inside structure (springs?) was coming through at places. Such a pity, as we had a hard time falling asleep at all. Apparently, they do have a top deck that can ease the hardness, but we did not have it at the time. However, we doubt if that would have solved the problem.

The location is perfect just minutes away from all the nightlife and historical center. The room was beautifully decorated and full of beautiful details. Loved the brand new towels and the toiletry. Manolita, the person who took care of us, has been A RAY OF LIGHT! A perfect and smiley presence which helped us with anything we needed! I totally recommend this place!

Mattress and pillows a bit too hard for me. On the ground floor rooms have ceilings windows in the bathrooms and bedroom which cannot be easily opened. At night on the street they collect the glass trash which gets quite noisy

Location is great in town centre. Balcony and terrace. Accommodating check in and out. Fridge, stove. Air con. Key and access card for door and power. Cafe outside if required.

Small points but the bed was very hard but you get used to it. The finishing could be better, loose kitchen tap and bathroom fittings. Parking is difficult in Noto but can be found for free on the outskirts about 10 mins walk. Don't leave your car in the square overnight, you'll get a fine.
