Short walk to main part of Como, good size for our family of 5

No toaster, and hot water was limited to 3 people having showers

Location, size of apartment, decor, cleanliness. Being allowed to put our luggage in our room in the morning whilst the cleaner was there.

Getting back into our apartment when the door lock had broken. Management at first didn't appear to believe us and thought that we were at fault. After some considerable time, they came around and checked it for themselves. Then they had to find someone available to attend re a fix - there didn't seem to be a process in place for emergencies such as this. 5.5 hours later, we gained access. Food gift as a 'sorry' was appreciated but some more appropriate recompense would have been appreciated given our inconvenience and anxiety.

Lovely apartment with separate rooms, nice view . Easy walk into main part and station Communication easy regarding access

There were 5 of us and the water went cold after 1.5 even when tried to sort with instructions and were quick showers . Floors were dirty seemed these hadn’t been mopped . Lift only fitted a couple of people and luggage

Proximity to places

Hard access. Locks don’t work Keys need update or remade Parking situation is atrocious 6 persons can not live here. Living room sofa would not open to use as bed Additional room had washer and a wall too close to open the sofa to turn it into a bed Should be advertised as suitable for 4 persons accommodation.
