Great place just in the city center

Everything was great

The apartment was very clean and location was perfect. Parking is a great plus.

We have missed the personal contact with the owners. Key code is practical but a personal welcome is much better.

Clean, a lot of space. In the center, just walk wherever tou like to go.

Booked same day but hosts were very communicative to supply access information and entry codes. Beautiful spacious room with additional pull-out sofa, kitchenette, balcony and separate bathroom and hallway areas. Tastefully decorated throughout. The best thing however is the location, walking distance to old town Gratz and with a nearby parking facility included in the price!

It's a little convoluted to get the parking card before entering the off-site parking, but it's only a minor thing, once you've figured it out, it's very easy.

Location

Parking was not near the property and very ackward indeed. No direction was given to the property and Google Maps could not recognise the one way streets. We were also given the wrong door code.

We used self check in & out for the first time and we really liked it. If you have a car, the parking lot is close to the apartment itself. The apartment has everything you need for a nice stay, it is very comfortable and modernly furnished, as well as clean. The area heats fairly quickly if need be. The apartment is located almost in the center of the city, but nevertheless is also extremely quiet, especially at night. Bakeries, shops - everything is just a few steps away from the apartment. We spent the night in the family studio.

A little confusing even though pictures are sent. so frustrating until one figures it out.

Location and parking are excellent.

Shower cabin was very small, shower head was loose and basically just dangling. A rubber gromit in the fixture seemed to be Missing. There Was also no tray in the Shower. So no major issues that could be fixed quite easily.

Place was basically in broad centre so great location. Parking was very close so it was almost no problem at all. The system to get into the flat is quite straight forward and well described. Flat itself is nice, organised and clean. I reckon it was good value for money for being so central

Two petty things, one not even connected with the property itself. First one - pen (you need to fill the forms, but there was no pen in the flat. We worked it out in the end, so no hard feelings). Second (again nothing to do with the flat, but with Graz itself) - do your shopping until 19:00 ideally, few shops or shopping centres are open in the city centre past 7pm or 7:30. Billa (500m away from flat) was luckily until 8pm but it was a bit frantic going to four shops before (closed)

The location of the apartment is quite central and in walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shops. The self check in is easy and the toilet was clean. Good place for couples but not with kids as it gets crowded.

Even if they offer free parking, if you arrive here by car then it is difficult to find a space outside the apartment to take your things out as the parking garage is a little distance from the location. We spent a lot of time looking for a way to get into the street with our car. We tried calling and writing to the owner but did not get a response. The apartment is tiny and the sofa bed is not very comfortable for children to sleep on. We were there with two small kids and didn’t think that it was big enough for us. The interior looks jaded. It was quite hot on a warm summer night with not much option on cross ventilation as there is only one window that can be opened on top and a door looking into another apartment.

The bathroom was very big and well equipped. The kitchenette was very helpful. The beds were comfortable. The host was very nice and replied quickly, we had absolutely no problem with check-in/check-out. The host provided free private parking 3-4 minutes walk away.

The floor could be cleaner. There were very few channels on the TV, only in German. It has nothing to do with the host, but there was some sort of bachelor party in the building and we could not sleep well on the first night.(We have not reported this to the host)

Perfect location. Parking is 3 min. away on foot and free of charge. The room was clean and comfortable. Spacious bathroom. All the instructions provided by the host were very clear and informative.

Wifi worked only in the evening; the following day, it disappeared.

Park Situation 😤

Location is excellent. Parking is not completely "on site" but given the location it's pretty convenient. The place is fine for 2 people for a night, I wouldn't recommend it for longer.

Quite small, poorly lit, not completely clean and with patchy kitchen equipment (e.g. there is nespresso machine but not a single fork). Definitely not for families or longer stays.

Clean and comfortable with good location

Location is great, right in the city center, perfect for weekend in Graz and sightseeing, big benefit is parking place in the near garage and room was tidy and clean
