La casa es una propiedad de vacaciones establecido y ha sido recientemente reformado (2013) para proporcionar un espacio de vida fresco y c��modo. Esta propiedad ofrece un dormitorio principal de buen tamaño (cama king size) con un baño en-suite (combinación de ba��o / ducha) y acceso directo al balc���n privado y vistas, segundo dormitorio doble (camas king size) situado en el segundo piso y un buen Habitación doble tamaño (1 ����� planta); Todas las habitaciones con generoso espacio de almacenamiento. Blue Swell sits really close to the harbours edge and has large patio doors overlooking the view on the top two floors .
We enjoy this so much . Even on a bad weather day you can sit and enjoy watching activity in the harbour . The living
room has a small balcony with a bistro table and chairs to sit with a coffee or glass of wine and the patio garden outside
the kitchen door has a very good sized table and plenty of chairs for eating outside on sunny days .
The house is extremely well equipped with everything you need and we found it beautifully clean . A delightful place .

Great house, great location
A great location looking out at Poole Bay from each the 3 floor. We'll stocked kitchen and the facilities in lounge and bedrooms were very good. TVs everywhere but no SkySports nor BT Sports so no football! One important issue was the mattress in the master bedroom. We like to spend a few days in Dorset in the off season and we both agree that we would love to come back to this house as we loved Poole Quay.

Swell indeed!
It's a very well located harbour front property just off the main quayside in Poole and also close to the town and amenities. The property itself is spacious, comfortable and very well appointed and equipped. Excellent views across Poole Harbour. Sitting on the terrace and balconies in the sun was enjoying the high life. Really nice place and area!

A lovely property with beautiful views of Poole harbour
A lovely property set in a perfect location with beautiful views of Poole harbour.
A very short walk from the centre of Poole, the property provides a perfect base for exploring the surrounding Dorset coast.
The parking at the rear is very convenient for unloading and loading luggage.
The interior layout allows for sunny breakfast seating on the patio, and evenings on the upstairs balconies watching life in the harbour go by with ample room for people to enjoy their “own space” too.

Comment on stay at blue swell
Wonderful location,very peaceful.views were amazing overlooking the quay.shops,beach and places to eat 5minute walk away.everything you need ed .property was very comfortable and immaculate.having parking was a bonus.also sandbanks was only a 15 minute drive from there also.we had a very enjoyable stay and would use it again.

Family Weekend
We booked this accomodation for a family gathering over a long weekend. The house was in an excellent location, close to Poole Quay and overlooking Poole Harbour. The views from the house were stunning. Being able to park 2 cars at the property was also very convenient. The accomodation was spacious and the kitchen extremely well equiped. We had a great stay and hope to return some time soon.

Lovely location,but cleanliness could have been a lot better,would not consider staying again,and glad it was only one week...think the cleaners could have done a much better job.

The location is excellent with wonderful views
We had a most enjoyable family holiday. Poole usually provides us with good weather and the location is ideal and convenient for Brown Sea Island and many places of interest.

Family Easter break
My wife and I took our two daughters and their partners away for Easter to celebrate my 50th birthday. The house was ideal with 3 good size bedrooms, 2 bath rooms and the kitchen was stocked with enough items you would never run short even if the dishwasher was full. The location is just perfect, the views across the bay are great, sitting out on the balcony drinking coffee or wine, what more can you ask for. Once there you don't need a car, everything is in walking distance. The RNLI college is well worth a visit or tour, we also had afternoon tea there.
