Place was huge and clean

Not worth the price. Too much of hassle dealing with the staff. Changed our room thrice in one day. Wifi was weak. Bathrooms were dim lighted.

A property with sanitation and construction issues. Doors of the rooms had to be kick opened. Elevators stopped at anytime in between. The staff is humiliating and abusive. Never pay in advance until you check the room.

Not only did they have pathetic facilities, they have the audacity to mock and humiliate the guests. The process of claiming refund is extremely tiresome.

The room ambience was good , but cleaning was poor

The staff behaviour needs to change specially the reception male staff. The behaviour was very poor

Where place is located is good. There was someone available for late night check in.

The room is nothing like in picture. Its a regular 1 room and 1 bathroom. There was no kitchen or oven as shown. No lift to the floor we got the room. there are windows in the room that doesn't give outside view but another common room room's view which was disturbing. The rooms are not sound proof. there was no bathtub. Bad experience during check out as they have standard checkout and when we discussed about late checkin and checkout they agreed but evening they just disturbed.

bed was not nice no telephone to call checkout time is 11 AM asked for extending half an hr theu said no staff was standing out the room and telling to chechkout really the hospitality was very bad.

Staff was helpful. Room was great and maintained really good. The location was great. Had great and comfortable experience. The price was also great for all the facilities.

Some people who must have stayed before may have smoked in the room because of which there was a bit of hookah like smell from the AC once in while but it was manageable. Hotel may have to lay down strict no smoking policy in rooms and fine guests from doing so as it is very difficult to get the smell out especially if it's an AC room A process of checking the room once a guest comes for checking out can ensure that rooms are not damaged by certain guests and hold guests responsible and keep room well maintained

definitely not worth 3K+. room and bathroom not up to the mark. found mark on the bed sheet. Wall had fungus like marks. No bath towel provided. Bath room setup was very basic
