Hospitality was on point and rooms was very decent

Pillows was flat other than that ot was a great stay

Room renovations are really nice, great king size bread, quiet, location was close to freeway exit and lots of food places.

The shower didn’t look clean so we didn’t use it. Toilet is too low. It’s the size for a child but is too low for an adult.

The staff was extremely friendly, especially the lady on nightshift

I woke up at 3:30 in the morning, because some idiots were arguing very loud outside. 1 special idiot hammered on a door. WiFi was extremely weak, almost not working.

Communication between the hotel and booking. Com is terrible.i blame you not the hotel you said there would be early check-in and there wasn't we were almost later for a wedding because of it you people are misleading on your website I'll never use it again I'll be deleting it from my phone as soon as I m done with this survey

there was bed bugs in my bed and the drain to the bathtub was clogged. not to mention the room was completely dirty and the staff was RUDE.
