Me and my friends absolutely loved our stay here. For those who are considering this rental, trust me and just book it with zero hesitation!
The cabin itself is properly equipped and clean when you enter with the most easiest check-in. But the boathouse is almost out of this world! We used the kayaks available within the boathouse to our heart's pleasure, and it is absolutely breathtaking on the lake!
I highly recommend it to everyone!!!!

Beautiful home with gorgeous views. When the grill died (things do happen), the owners replaced it the same day. They were quick to reply and we felt "taken care of." A wonderful rental experience!

Our stay was outstanding. Location was ideal. Tucked deeper in the public side with lower boat traffic, sunrise views and perfect weather.
House was more than we anticipated. Fit 3 families comfortably, with ample room for all activities. The boat house was a perfect place to spend our days swimming, boating and fishing. The Cove was within boating distance for dinner and ice cream.
Would stay here again if the chance presents itself. Thank you.

Great property! Communication was responsive and immediate. Plenty of room for the fourteen of us. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Waterfront was quite nice and was able to easily accommodate our ski boat and jet skis.
We would definitely rent again.

The house is in great condition and decorated very nicely. The location is great and there are kayaks, paddleboards, and a canoe that can be used. The water is deep enough to jump in and swim. The cove is very nice and usually quiet. The steps going down to the boathouse aren't all flat... my neice tripped and fell. But otherwise the house is great! We will likely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Plentiful Bliss! We chose to stay here as our home base for our daughter’s graduation festivities at UVA. The home was beautifully appointed with lots of room for our family. The spacious kitchen was also nicely equipped and very clean. The location on the lake was lovely and we appreciated the use of the kayaks and paddle boards. The dock and fire pit were popular spots to gather. We hope to return!! Thank you for a perfect getaway!

We celebrated my son graduating from graduate school with our family and had the best time. Place was beautiful and very clean, super organized, and probably the best stocked Rental we have ever stayed in. Peaceful and plenty of room for everyone. Thank you for sharing it with us! We are so grateful for our time away at this incredible home. We had 14 people of a variety of ages and needs and this home met us all where we were at and gave us the space and supplies to have the best time! This home comes with so much more than us pictures in the game and kids department and has a very well stocked kitchen and pantry. The layout is great for both early risers and night owls to have their space and for loud kids to go downstairs and do their thing without taking away from the serenity of other spaces. The owners were very helpful too! We will be back!

My family has been going to Lake Anna for a few years and this was our favorite place yet. Kitchen has everything we needed. There are a bunch of games, and plenty of room. Would recommend.

This was our third time staying at Sunrise Bay and it never disappoints! From the amazing sunrises on the cove, to the delightful swimming and boating/jet skiing on the lake, to the terrific accommodations, our family of 11 had a great week. The house is spacious with amenities for all ages. Many thanks to Christie for her help coordinating a memorable LKA Summer 2022 Week!!

We shared this gorgeous home on quiet cove in Lake Anna with our son's in laws family. Each family wanted to get to know one another better and also celebrate our first grandchild together. There were12 adults and a 3 month old baby with plenty of room for everyone.
The house was just beautiful and immaculately clean, furnished impeccably, comfortable beds, large wrap around deck with lake views from both floors and a kitchen with anything you would need to cook or bake. Loved it and the table was big enough for us all to sit ar for dinner each night.
The walk down to the lake and dock from the house was steep and not for anyone with physical disabilities but certainly worth the trip. Lakehouse was roomy, some shade, and had plenty of seating, dock was big enough for the pontoon boat we rented. They was even aa 2 person swing to sit and read or do some fishing from the dock.
Only 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 down with lots if things to do(Ping pong and craps tables, children's area with play kitchen, games, books and large screen T.V.
If you are looking for a great house with lots of room for all...rent this one...You won't be sorry! Kristie and her family are simply the nicest people ever and it was a pleasure meeting them there at their other family members home!

Wonderful space for a large group
We rented this wonderful house for a friend trip. We had 8 adults and 6 kids. The house had ample space for all of the adults and kids. The kids loved the downstairs space with to play! The dock and screen room were such awesome places to enjoy the water. We swam constantly and enjoyed the fire pit a few nights too. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Mostly because their attention to details on things that will make your stay feel just like your home. The main house was opened, beautifully decorated, impeccable with anything you needed in the kitchen and everywhere else. The boathouse was the place we spent most of our lazy time...especially mornings and evenings. Their firepit area was midway from the house and boat house in a beautifully set up. I called Christie a couple of times, she not only responded quickly but resolved our issues quickly as well with such friendly demeanor. We will definitely go back to this house and if you are looking for a place to stay, this is the place to go!

Perfect long weekend
House was just as advertised with amazing views from all rooms, plenty of space and great layout for kids to have space away from adults. Yard, patio and dock area were well maintained and thanks to the great weather we were able to spend time outside. The dock has great space and a 2-person hammock chair that is just under the roof so you can sit in swing in the rain. We've stayed at 6+ houses on the lake and this was likely our favorite.
Owners were kind and reasonable despite some unfortunate messes left behind by our kids. Highly recommend for a peaceful vacation.

New to lake life and I love it.
This was such a wonderful vacation. My family usually goes to the ocean. This was a surprise for our mom and she loved. We all loved it. The pictures online do not give this well appointed home justice, seeing is believing. The views from the home fed my soul and my whole family. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were beautiful, boat house was so much fun. I had to reach out to the owner to ask a question, he was quick, so kind and very helpful. My family and I agree that we might be lake people after all. Would absolutely love to rent this house again. This house fit our families needs so well that none of us willing to try a different home.

Exceptional Stay
We stayed at this home for 9 days in September with family and friends. II have stayed in over a dozen properties on Lake Anna and I must say, this was the best home by far. The house is clean/well kept, the location is great, and the property host, Christie, was great to work with. What I love most about this property is the attention to details…need a basting brush, garlic press, or reliable tongs? They have it all, it was as close to home as I’ve experienced. You can feel that the property owner truly cares. Dock was great, caught bass and cat fish. Games were as advertised. I have nothing but good things to say about this home and will definitely be visiting again.
