Location was good.

I knew it was going to be outdated, but it was also unclean & very poorly maintained.

The location was great. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were good. Was enough space with an upstairs for my girls while my wife and I slept downstairs. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, plates, and cooking wares.

Where do I begin; Cleanliness of the condo was not good. Living room furniture was dirty, smelly, old and the tiles on the floor were cracked (13 to be exact). Window screens were torn or missing. Not all areas of the condo were bad. Seemed as if there was a renovation in progress that ceased when my family booked it. This condo was advertised to be a pet-friendly space. The owner of this condo should take a visit here, I think they would agree about the furniture and cracked floor tiles, etc, should be replaced before renting to anyone. Called Management service they sent a young lady out to see it. She was appalled at what she saw and said she would make a report. Needless to say, no report was ever filed. No, follow up calls or visits. We were never moved to a better location. My wife says it is because my family and I are people of color and that the situation was simply ignored! Try never to give a bad review without giving the host or vendor a chance to make it right. I did just that. Very disappointed and will not be using this booking service again.
