It’s almost perfect location- 10 minutes walk to the center, 5-7 minutes walk to stores, fully equipped kitchen, direct view to mountains, full bathroom instead of shower, comfort mattress, very warm, big terrace to drink your favorite coffee with with view. Kostas as host is a great person who helps you with any questions.

It’s dated; 80’s -90’s decor ; got all the basics and nothing more ; parking is anywhere u can find a spot on the street

La grande terrasse donnant vue sur les magnifiques montagnes et l'Olympe, l'équipement audio-vidéo (grand écran, Netflix...), l'accueil Chaleureux et la serviabilité de Kostas et sa femme qui nous ont offert une bouteille de vin grec délicieux et nous ont fournit des draps et couvertures supplémentaires à notre demande, , la proximité du centre de Litohoro et des premières cascades d'eau.

L'inconfort de l'insonorisation de l'appartement.: Même si il est de belle apparence, le bâtiment est très mal conçu au niveau de l'isolation phonique des murs et de la robinetterie:nous avions l'impression de vivre avec les voisins 😁. Ceci dit, le cadre est tellement sympa qu'on oublie cet inconfort.

We stayed 3 nights in the apartment at the ground floor and we enjoyed our stay! It is located in a quiet neighborhood in the modern part of the town, a few minutes walk from the center and just 10 minutes drive from the closest beach. The apartment is fully equipped (incl, wine in the fridge!), clean and modern and the owners are near should you need anything. It comes with a lovely balcony too!

It is not spacious enough (but not small and sufficient for 2 persons) and does not offer any particular view of Olympus, being on the ground floor.

We loved Kostas - he was super super nice, and helped us so much with recommendations, tips, with every question! Nice rooms, nice kitchen and living room, nice balconies and a great view of the mountains.

You see the Olympus Mountain right off the living room balcony. The neighborhood is very quite, but still very close to main street, with all the shops and restaurants. A very nice and relaxing space.
