The one thing that was good about our stay here was the pick up at the airport by the owners couldn't fault that in any way and of course they opened the property up for us.

The crockery, cutlery, utensils in the apartment were very poor and most of the appliances ie m/wave, washing m/c, were really old and looked it! Eg the freestanding toaster had a grill above and below and was probably over 50 years old why owners can't invest in updated equipment doesn't take a lot of doing but they still want to charge top dollar for their accommodation and will only provide old equipment in their properties is unacceptable! Even the dishwashing liquid was watered down which tells you everything! The property was like Fort Knox with four sets of locks to be opened and closed each time you left or entered the property and not what I'd call user friendly. Also, unfortunately during our 5 night stay there were noisy people upstairs with a crying child for most of our time there and over the weekend the very close by apartments hosted party groups that were doing their best to keep everyone from sleeping at all and only stopped in the middle of the night when, I presume, local neighbours called the police!

the position the security the welcoming party - the owner and his brother were there waiting and carried our suitcases upstairs. also supplied transport at a very good price when we left. place was spotless and everything we needed was there. will go again. nice balcony which was very sheltered especially as we were expecting a cyclone - very little effect of it our side.

Raffick is a very good host, he met us at the airport, told us about Pereybere and Mauritius and suggested the best place to buy fruits. Then he regularly visited the property and asked the guests if they need something. The location is very good, on the quiet street quite close to the public beach (4-5 minutes walking, 350 meters). The is a big supermarket in 600 meters; cafe, diving, excursions and bus stop are on the main road in 300-400 m from the apartment. The nearest beach actually it is the best beach in Pereybere. It is big enough, without boats (they parked in separate place nearby) so you could swim safely. The apartment has a big balcony with good views, it is covered from the sun and rain so we spent most our time on it. Also, there is a well equipped kitchen with all necessary.

The host was readily available on the phone when we arrived to the airport, helped us to navigate to the property and waited for us extra time to give the key and to instruct us on the security measures. The kitchen is indeed fully equipped, we even were able to bake! (we had a long stay) The location is gorgeous - quite street, 2 min of lazy walk to the beach, 3 min to Diving shop, 4 min to supermarket, 2 min to restaurants, all we need. The garage! We liked all the security measures taken in the villa, we felt absolutely calm and sure for our belongings, including the car. The terrace! Spacious, beautiful, equipped! Sun shine or rain, sun rise or sun set, we had all our meals on the terrace. The rooms are big, clean, convenient and equipped with AC panels and ventilator, what ever you prefer.
