The house was very clean and the beds extremely comfortable. The pool was amazing, very private as there is hedging all around the back garden. The neighbourhood was very quiet. It was about a 10 minute walk from the main clubhouse and resort. The pool there was great, no queueing for slides. Food was nice at the clubhouse and reasonably priced. Overall we were thrilled with the property and it lived up to our expectations.

Pool door is alarmed and cannot be left open but I believe this is law in florida and safer esp if you have very small kids

Home was comfortable and close to Disney parks.

House was dirty and had a roach in coffee maker. Some maintenance issues around the home should have been taken care off. Also some of TV weren't working.

House was dirty, kitchen not supplied properly. Broken bed frame, broken dresser drawers. Stained comforter with makeup exchanged for another stained yellow spot on replacement comforter. Gross!! Don't stay here unless you have no standards.

The location was OK to get back and forth to Disney World

The coffee machine never worked. On vacation you really like to have coffee in am. Called management they did nothing about it. The water in the pool was low and the air was sucking through the pump made a loud noise all day and night. Called management they did nothing about it. If I where the owner of the house I would be furious when i have to replace the pool pump soon. The internet did not work. Booked through booking.com no mention of PET fee. My credit card was charged 272 dollars for 3-night stay PET FEE.

We got there at 7:30 and was given a code but the code didn't work. It took a bit to get in but someone finally came and let us in and they reset the code.

The facility itself would have been five stars if for a few things. First, kids get up early and usually need a nap around noonish, especially toddlers. Why would the pool not be open until 11 am. We were disappointed that we could not use the waterpark which is one of the reasons we chose your location. The home itself could have been five stars if for a few details. Not enough pans in the kitchen for families to make pizzas. Only one small one. No pool towels for the home pool, sheets didn't fit the bed and they kept popping off, add a few extras like salt and pepper in the kitchen. These little things that would not cost much would add the appearance that you cared about the renter and wanted them to come back.

The house was perfect for our family of 6. Having our own pool and hot tub out back was amazing. The water park at the resort was awesome. We had so much fun. It took us 15 minutes or less to get to Disney everyday. They only issue we had was the internet went out one day. Somebody from the resort was there 10 minutes after we called and tried to fix. When he couldn't fix it they had the cable company out the very next morning and fixed everything. The resort staff were super friendly and helpful. Sure, you could find someplace cheaper to stay but what you get here plus the location to the parks... It's well worth every dollar spent. We will definitely stay here again!
