We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The apartment was so clean, well maintained. Kitchen has all tools and ware that you need. The location is beautiful, peaceful and so close to the beach, stores etc. We will come back for sure :) Thank you

This is a beautiful property. My family stayed here for Christmas and loved everything about this place. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The owners were very kind and made communications super easy. They even put special Christmas decorations for my kids. We were super thankful that they went the extra mile to welcome us on Christmas. I travel a LOT for work, and I must say this was the best stay by far. We are definitely coming back.

We had a great time at this spacious condo which provided plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Bonus bunk beds, although the kids said the mattress was too hard. Kitchen has everything you might need, we are avid cooks and we’re able to turn out some fabulous meals in their well equipped kitchen. Lots of room in the spacious living area with comfy couches and reclining chairs. Conveniently located and walking distance to Burnt Cedar Beach and the Lakeshore Blvd trail. There are also a few shops and restaurants directly across the street from the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is incredibly comfortable and in a great location. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and we loved the large kitchen table for board games. The grill was a fun feature and the whole house was clean and just as it appeared in photos. Moreover, Craig and Mary were awesome. Everything is changing so quickly with COVID but they sent updates the whole time.

Craig was very easy to work with and the condo was clean, well appointed, and in a great location. We were excited to find one of the bedrooms had a set of bunk beds and an extra bed. It worked perfectly for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully remodeled condo in a convenient Incline Village location. It's a quiet end unit, roomy and newly furnished, too. Grocery store is across the way the gorgeous Tahoe beach is just down the street. We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks to Craig and Mary for making it so easy!

This condo definitely exceeded our expectations. Great location in Incline. Beautiful space, recently remodeled, spacious and so clean. The floor plan is ideal - perfect for my family of 5. Kitchen is very well stocked with all your cooking needs. The owner was very responsive prior to arrival and communication was so easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Incline and would definitely like to return to this condo in the future.

We stayed the last week of June 2019. It was fabulous. Excellent location 2 blocks from Burnt Cedar Park. It is quiet and tranquil setting amidst tall pine and cedar trees w secure parking. The market across the street had a great selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, and high quality meats. The unit is spacious. It has been thoughtfully, tastefully, and practically appointed. The entire property has been updated with everything of high quality - appliances, comfortable furniture, entertainment system, beds, etc. The open floor plan allows for great sight lines to the gas fireplace from anywhere in the kitchen or main floor common area. Anything in the kitchen you could need other than the groceries to prepare a gourmet meal or host a BBQ on the deck is provided. The bedrooms have excellent closest space. Beds and pillows are clean, dressed with fine sheets of high thread counts. The bathrooms have wonderful showers and great water pressure! Everything was spotless. The owner communicated thoroughly in advance or our trip and provided great insight about things to explore and take advantage of in the area. The property looked like a showroom when we arrived. It is perfect for a family vacation, a book club getaway, or a business work group. Before we left we were reviewing our calendar to find dates and reasons to return!

We loved our stay and will absolutely be back. It was even better than described - a great set up and location.

We stayed for a couple of nights while skiing Diamond peak and Mt Rose. The condo is very nicely remodeled and as clean as can be. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pictures really don't fully do it justice. The owners were very responsive.

We are a family of 4 (2 teens and 2 parents) and we stayed at the condo during the February Presidents Day week. Craig was great - reaching out to us weeks before with information about the condo and the surrounding area. Due to all the snow, we could not reach the condo from Reno the first night - Craig was in constant contact with us and compensated us for the first night. Upon arrival, we were struck by how well appointed the condo was - new appliances and furniture - many of the items were very similar to what we have in our own home. The garage on the ground floor was great being snow free. The laundry room just off the garage stays very warm due to the boiler that's in the room - a great place to dry off clothes. Up to first floor for an open plan family room and kitchen - my wife loved the remote control gas fireplace. We enjoyed the games and the blankets - perfect for after a day of skiing. Upstairs again are the three bedrooms - the two teens each had their own room and shared a bathroom, whilst my wife and I took the master bed/bath. We liked the quiet - it's a nice neighborhood, and this unit is upstairs and on the end of the block - nice. The condo is across the street from a grocery store/deli, the lake is a block away, and the ski resorts are all nearby. We went to Diamond Peak (15 mins), Mt Rose (20 mins) and Squaw Valley (30-ish minutes) and snow-shoed near Mt Rose and around the lake. We rented gear at Tahoe Dave's which had a great selection. Overall we loved the condo and the location. We have gone to Colorado before and we liked this setup much better - the altitude is lower and doesn't take it out on you so much. Plus the overall atmosphere is lower key. We will definitely put this condo on our "rotation" list. Many thanks for a great visit!

Condo was perfect! Big open area for family to hang out with big screen, fire place with a remote and full kitchen. Three big bedrooms. 2.5 bathroom, one on master bedroom. One room perfect for kids with reg bed and bunk-bed and a smart TV. Great WiFi throughout entire condo. Whole place was very clean. Great location too. Right in town so good access to food, beach and ski resorts. Kids loved it, didn’t want to leave. Also garage parking which was great in winter time, no snow covered cold car. Would definitely stay again. Would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this newly remodeled town home. Everything is exactly as pictured, perhaps better. The garage easily held our 2 medium sized cars. The main living area is on the 2nd floor and has a large great room with comfy recliners, a half bath, fireplace, large desk area, and deck overlooking a wooded area. The bedrooms are on the top level with comfy beds and new baths. The kitchen was fully stocked and we easily cooked several meals. The home is within a short walk to Incline beach and village. We skied nearby and at Squaw, enjoyed the spa at the nearby Hyatt Hotel, and ate out at restaurants in Kings Beach and Incline. The wi-fi was great, and the living room TV got every channel plus had a DVR. The end unit is light and bright with all of the comforts you'd need. The owners responded quickly and even checked in with us after we arrived. We would definitely come again!

The house is super clean and nice. Kitchen and all bathrooms nicely remodeled. Located just across convinient plaza and couple blocks from Lake Tahoe. We stayed there 3 nitghts and had a very good time with family. Definitely come back here again. Thanks, Gene
