Una cochera conveniente se encuentra debajo de la unidad y se encuentra a pocos pasos de la blanca, la playa de fina arena. Great communication with owner. Had a couple of issues and he was right on top of it. They had everything we could possibly need in the condo. We stayed the month of February. Would highly recommend!

Easy beach access, nice ocean view, amenities and property clean and well maintained, and convenient proximity to PCB and Rosemary beach stores and restaurants. Being on the first floor and so close, traveling to and from the beach was easy. It really worked out well for our family of four.

Overall, it was a good unit. We have stayed at Pinnacle Port numerous times, and this unit met our needs. We enjoyed the covered parking, right under the unit, as well as the easy access staircases to the parking.
Recommendations for future improvements include having carpet cleaned. The vacuum job was great, but we had a crawling infant who ended up with black knees and feet when on the carpets. The beds were also not our favorites, despite adjusting the settings. We acknowledge beds are personal preference, but we’d still recommend an upgrade at some point in the future.
Future renters- we recommend moving your vehicle to B1 parking when going to the sand with loads of gear. The walkover is easier and well maintained by B building. (The nearest beach access to this unit is off the side of the parking lot by the grills at A tower, but it is not maintained/ appears tourist made and is a steep drop.)

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo location with covered parking was perfect.
The condo was clean and the rooms stayed cool, even without ceiling fans in the rooms.
The twin beds were perfet for the kids and comfortable. The master room was nice, with a nice little view of the beach.

Private parking made it a great stay and just up 2 small sets of stairs and we were in our room. We loved having a balcony to look at the ocean and another balcony to look at the bay. You can fish on the dock or play pickle ball. Really liked the place

Everything about our stay was perfect! The condo was decorated just as a beach front unit should be! The view of the gulf from the master bedroom balcony was breathtaking and my favorite part of my early morning coffee! The unit was well appointed with everything you might need for cooking and sleeping. There was a beach wagon we didn’t notice until our last night that would have been great for hauling things to and from the sand. Access to the unit from either the elevator or the stairs was fast and easy! The communication with the owners was always fast and easy!!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your piece of paradise!

Wish it wasn't so full of memorabilia and nick nacks. Most horizontal spaces were taken, giving a cluttered effect. Beds were humble. But owners were most helpful and nice.

Very Convienient
This is the second time we stayed here and we love it. While not directly square with the beach you can still see the water plus you get a view of the lake out back which was nice. The included parking was key, it rained a couple days but we were able to keep everything dry while packing up and we never had to hunt for a spot. The kitchen was stocked with everything you will need and Alvis is very easy to get ahold of if you have questions and was able to let us in a couple hours early since the cleaner was done.

Place was great and great location. Beaches were perfect and not crowded. Only issue was the guard at front gate was rude. I can imagine it’s a busy job however he is the first impression you get of the resort.

Great location and owners
We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. The parking space right below was great to have. We have stayed at Pinnacle Port before and we love the beach there. Great for families. The owner was nice and very responsive. The unit was clean. I would stay here again.

We went for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was a bit rough was the bed in the master. It wasn't comfortable at all but that is literally the only complaint I have. The owners were great, always very responsive. The unit was clean and just as I expected. The beach was amazing. I would definitely stay again!!

The location of pinnacle port is very convenient- more private, but near restaurants and attractions. I have stayed at pinnacle port several times over the years with my kids & enjoy that area; however, this time it seemed like the building and amenities are in desperate need of repairs and updates. There were water leaks throughout the building and it had a moldy/mildew smell. This particular unit was average- the master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. The unit and things in it could use updating and a deep clean, but okay for pricing. I chose this particular unit to have parking near the condo, but the parking space is difficult to get into, and you still have to walk quite a distance to get to the elevators, pool & beach access, or go up 1.5 flights of stairs from the space. You can technically access the beach near the parking space, but you have to go down off a concrete wall which is difficult with beach supplies. We had a good vacation, but I wouldn’t rent this particular unit again.

We would have picked a different week. It was kind of hard to appreciate the beach with all the bulldozers and noise. However, we made the best of the situation and managed to have a good time anyway.
The housekeeping staff does need to pay more attention to the kitchen and floors. After a little clean up it was fine. We would definitely stay there again!! Thanks so much Alvis and Diane!!

Always Perfect!!
We have rented this condo several years in a row and as always it was great! Perfect location love having access right to the carport and beach without having to deal with elevators. Very clean with all the necessities. Will continue to rent here for as long as I can. Of course the beach was beautiful and clean as always.

Low maintenance and enjoyable
My teenage daughters and I stayed for an extended weekend. It was so easy! Beach access, garage access, room access- everything was so easy!!! The condo was great- with everything we needed and more!!! Convenience to restaurants or any shopping needs was super nice. I would definitely consider this property again!!!

Nice condo just would have preferred some other things.
Let me first start by saying this condo was nice enough. It was clean, and Pinnacle Port is nice. We have stayed there before. There were just a lot of little things that we weren’t happy with. The first one was the view, there was a view of the ocean, it came with massive sand piles, a parking lot of cars, and a parking lot light. The balcony is also off the bedroom and the grilling area is in the back and there were nights that people gathered there and were playing loud music with obscene language. For someone who likes to spend a lot of time on the balcony this wasn’t ideal. The master bedroom was decent size and nice, but the bed... I woke up everyday with a terrible back ache, maybe it’s because we didn’t know what setting to use but I will never be so glad to get back to my bed. The next issue was the Kicthen area, again this is preference, there wasn’t much of anywhere to store and groceries, we had to have stuff all over the counters all the time it felt like, we would have also liked to have a couple of bar stools to sit at the counter. The kitchen was well stocked for all needs for cooking. The bathroom on the main floor was nice to have, because after all the steps getting to the condo and to the bedrooms it was getting old. I will say it’s tight in there and I hit my head multiple times trying to switch out the laundry. All and all this condo was okay, we have stayed in many other condos and this was probably the least stocked for our needs. One roll of toilet paper,threedishwasher pods, one trash bag that was in the can.
