el desayuno en un poco variado. sin embargo muy bueno. no hay leche de Coco o almendra o soya ( soy alérgica a lácteos )

Nos gustó la ubicación en el paseo Montejo la zona más bonita de Mérida. El bufé es bastante completo y es bueno, el personal muy amable.. Tiene piscina en la azotea pero hizo tanto calor que no la pudimos utilizar ni vimos a nadie hacerlo.

Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación en la planta séptima, no dormimos en toda la noche porque había muchísimo ruido de los motores del aire acondicionado que están ubicados en la parte alta del hotel., al día siguiente pedimos cambiar y nos dieron habitación en la tercera planta donde no se oía ruido, si saben que existe este problema deberían solucionarlo y no ofrecer esas habitaciones, hubo más quejas de huéspedes por este motivo. A pesar de abonar 166 € la noche el bufé no está incluido en el precio, ni tampoco el parquin por lo que sale cara la estancia.

The restaurant is definitely a huge problem. Especially regarding breakfast. Everything is more or less Mexican. I expect a bit more from one international hotel. Nobody really speaks English. There is no menu for breakfast. You can realise that you can order something, but there is no breakfast menu at all. Nobody says „good morning“, nobody offers you a coffee. You have to explain every morning , that you want scrambled eggs with vegetables, which is quite tricky. Otherwise you can try some cold eggs prepared, but they are literally cold. There is no tea spoon available. You have to ask for it personally every time in order to be able to mix sugar in the cup. No pepper, no salt. Both on request. Why..?

El baño muy sucio, el piso de la regadera 🚿 muuuy sucio , falta colocar otro bote de basura en él área de escritorio del cuarto . Nunca barrieron 🧹 el piso del cuarto.

Very noisy, even after the live music stopped you can hear the motor on a water feature all night. Staff weren’t overly friendly. Pool is a lot smaller than represented in the pictures. Quite expensive compared to other options that are more central.

The breakfast had very little choice. Platters were often not refilled, hot plates designed for keeping food warm were cold. Staff happily refilled your coffee from their jug, sadly the coffee was dreadfully weak. The coffee machine on the buffet did have decent coffee. Room towels were tired, ragged and stained.
