Roaches in the room. No English speaking stuff.

Staff friendly and helpful. Good for budget travel. Wifi a bit poor, but that's the case in Leticia. Not super close to the port, ~15-20min walk.

Clean, perfect for it's price, nice staff, close to the center, we were walking all day

There are wifi available but not much internet, anyway it's still in the Jungle but it made the Airport check in quite difficult (at least possible)

The staff was great and the place too. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom ok. Unfortunately the internet Wi-Fi crashed constantly, so that was something sad. But in general I recommend it. It’s near the city center, great breakfast nearby, don’t miss it ;)

Only the internet didn’t work properly. If it is a constant case, maybe not offering it as a hotel’s facility may be a good choice to avoid creating expectations.
