Nothing at all,

Location was horrible, the Property is not close to what the listing states, Extremely dirty and old. None of the outdated TVS work, the BBQ was disgusting, lights were burned. it honestly felt as if I was staying at a motel.

When we arrived the door would not unlock through the august app - even though my Bluetooth was on. I called the owners - left message. We then called instant suites and told them the issue. They gave us code for the lock box. We waited around 20 minutes or so to get into the unit

The Suite was Very Comfortable - and welcoming

didn't like that the Balcony was facing north - No Sun - nor did I like the placement of the TV in the Bed Room

If you want a very UNCOMFORTABLE & INCONVENIENT type of reservation and accommodation, by all means, book this unit. If there was an option to put a -10 score, I'd firmly choose that. 》For starters, you would be EXPECTED to read 5-6 very lengthy emails telling you where to go, what app to use so you could enter the suite, so on and so forth. If you don't, you'll end up wasting a good hour getting lost in the premises, like all previous guests complain about. Not everyone has the time to read all the emails you send, I haven't experienced a very difficult check-in process, until now. 》The reason being: The owner relies on those emails to tell you everything you need to know and has duties for you to do (DOWNLOADING AUGUST APP, CREATE AN ACCOUNT, ETC.) so he does not need to be there. He only owns one suite in this very big condotel, so expect NOBODY to assist you in-person when you get there. 》Upon check-in, he expects all guests to upload their IDs through a website nobody is familiar with. Again, you should read ALL the emails he sends you, which is really inconvenient. Any type of reservation should be as convenient as possible, not like a book to read or a puzzle to solve, to be able to get to a unit you already paid for in advance. 》Really true what they say about the furniture in this unit, one simple look can break them. Just be careful because he rather enjoys charging his guests damage fees. 》Take note: The owner charges $150 cleaning fee per stay, but, you never get to enjoy any of this amount because nobody comes in to collect trash or do a light housekeeping if you're staying for more than a night. 》Upon check out: He charged us with an ADDITIONAL $100 cleaning fee simply because the place was not in his usual cleaning standard as he expected. 》For the whole 3 nights stay, nobody came in to collect the trash whatsoever, so one could only expect a pile of garbage with all the cooking and whatnot.

The 2 bedroom apartement was excellent for my friend and I where we stayed 4 nights. We each had our own room and our own bathroom equipped with showers which was appreciated. The kitchen was fully equipped where we made our breakfest each morning , we had a Bbq where we made a great steak dinner one evening, fireplace and air conditioning was also appreciated. The check-in procedure with our iphone and door code application went smoothly,along with our indoor parking space. Location was very convenient close to all commodities, restaurants and golf courses. We highly recommend this property ! :)

I am rather picky traveler but I don’t have anything I didn’t like. It was a home for us for 5 days. Great communication with the staff, cleanliness, well equipped kitchen, a nice pool and underground parking. The place is sec from restaurants and shops. Don’t even hesitate to choose it

I don’t like that I wasn’t able to sit longer their balcony watching the mountains while drinking my morning coffee

Overall property nice and clean

Only issue I had was the balcony very close to highway and you hear a lot of vehicles. I personally would have enjoyed a suite where the balcony was in a quieter part of the building . The owners were very responsive though and tried their best to help us out.

The guy on the phone help line saved us to find the parka-de for parking and location of the condo. He sent us photo's directing us, so I am confused how anyone expected us to find parking or the condo.

Front desk could not help us at all. I had to have the APP, as I struggled with the APP, we had no idea where the condo was, parking. Just standing outside the property lost, with a 84yr old mother-in-law, tired from the trip. My husband figured it out, but what if we where older. I have booked all over the world, a terrible feeling, took us around 45 minutes to get into our condo. The TV as well does not work, only 1 channel, bad or no internet the cleaning guy said you have to shake the box, maybe you need a not on the cable box, lol.

The location was good. Despite all of the issues with the waivers and check-in process, the app to lock and unlock the door was pretty slick. The host was responsive when we couldn't get into the garage, despite it being quite late in the evening.

The extra waivers and sign in documents that we had to fill in were a bit much. The emails came in every 2-3 days prior to our arrival. Then I was asked to provide a driver's license or passport over a private website that gave me security concerns. Not a chance, sorry man. It felt like we had to be on our toes the entire time so to not incur extra charges for damages. That, and it just seemed like everything in the apartment was just cheaply made and would fall apart if you looked at it wrong. The furniture, particularly at the kitchen table, was horribly uncomfortable to eat at. Beds and couch were decent though. We didn't find the place particularly clean either, one of the kitchen cabinets had stuff left in it (non-perishables for the most part), and it stunk. We didn't dare touch the coffee or coffee maker. The sheets (despite the waiver) had stains on them (looked like some was playing with markers in bed).

Central location

Not comfortable mattresses, they’re lumpy. I don’t like that I need a pin(not provided) to watch TV!

Great unit to enjoy Canmore and have space to relax as a family of four people.

Appartement is really comfortable, near everything you want to see. We couldn't use the pool because of Covid restriction.

Not enough kitchen ware August app to enter. A regular key is still the best.

Location was great and accommodation was perfect for our 4 person family. The owner was quick to respond to any communication if there was something we needed.

We were supposed to have a park pass according to the listing and there wasn’t one unfortunately. When I contacted the owner they stated they had been taken away during lock down which is understandable but this would have been nice to know prior to booking. I believe they have taken this off the listing.
