Te va a encantar aquí. Esta cabaña original de tres dormitorios más terraza acristalada es de lo que se trata Byron Bay. El estilo contemporáneo y el encanto clásico, con influencias de Asia, ha creado el idílico entorno de playa en esta casa con aire acondicionado. Las vidrieras y las luces de plomo presentan ventanas con pisos de madera pulida que adornan un ambiente creativo y sereno. Una gran terraza trasera da al patio privado y completamente cercado con exuberantes jardines que es ideal para familias y bares. No creerá los hermosos baños ni las duchas frías y calientes al aire libre que se encuentran en la parte delantera y trasera de la propiedad. Camina a todas las atracciones desde aquí.

Esta cabaña original se encuentra en la calle Shirley y da la espalda al encanto tranquilo de la calle Shirley. Es una de las posiciones más convenientes en Byron Bay y a veces se pasa por alto como una de las calles más cercanas a la playa en toda Byron Bay. Un paseo de 200 metros a través de la selva tropical costera lo lleva a una sección menos popular de nuestra hermosa playa con orientación norte, donde si camina hacia el oeste hacia Mt Warning, disfrutará de kilómetros de serenidad y tranquilidad. Camina hacia el este hacia el cabo y la playa principal está a unos 400 metros. Un paseo perfecto para el desayuno en la ciudad o caminar un poco más lejos a Clarkes Beach y el Beach Cafe para la mejor ubicación de desayuno de Australia. Luego, siga caminando y nadando, hasta llegar al Cabo. ¿Qué más puedo decir? "Te encantará aquí" "¡Qué vida! "

We love our Summer holidays in Byron and like to try different homes and locations to stay. We loved this classic ‘old school’ Byron beach house because;
1. We can take our dog ❤️
2. So close to town, beach, walk everywhere
3. The back deck and bbq area was fab👌
4. The outdoor hot/cold shower ☺️
5. Good ol’fashioned sprinkler that provided hours of entertaining for the dog & teens!
6. As the kids get older we spend more time eating out and exploring so like to spend a little less on accom. We find this place very well priced in comparison.
7. Peter was very welcoming and on hand for anything needed. Thank you Peter!

Peter's beach cottage was a fantastic property for our family Christmas holiday. The house was clean and cozy, with ample space for us to settle in for a full week (with Christmas presents) and the back garden and patio were a perfect spot for breakfast or evening bbq and drinks. It's a 10 minute walk town and the main beach via Shirley Street or the Byron Street bike/footpath behind the property, with reasonably easy access in and out of town by car with off street parking lot in the laneway.
Peter was a great host, checking in to ensure we were settled in and quick to respond to messages before and during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Byron.

At premium (well maybe COVID premium) pricing it was not of the standard you'd normally anticipated at this cost.
The manager (host) was very helpful and fixed issues very promptly etc.
But be aware that the property is quite dark, there is no 'storage' for bikes/boards/etc - the typical toys brought on holidays. Major issue is that for a property with 7 beds the dining table takes only 4. The outside table could take 8, but in winter cold wet weather forced us (5) inside.
I'd out this overall at the quite basic level of property, bringing one back to the value. Oh yes, bring a bread knife if you like to buy uncut loaves of bread.

We all had such a wonderful holiday! The house was in such a great location being walking distance to both the beach and town! The back deck was the perfect place to relax after a busy day!

Very comfortable for my family of four with 2 adult children. Short walk into town, loved the bath with overhead skylight and the backyard and outdoor entertaining area. Some traffic noise but overall a great place to holiday, the kids also loved the nightlife and vibe of Byron Bay.

Fantastic property for my friends and beloved Labrador. My favourite house in Byron Bay so far and I’ve stayed in a few! Great location, close to town and the beach, plus the back deck is great for afternoon drinks and the backyard excellent for my dog! Thank you Pete for a perfect stay.

This is a fantastic dog friendly property located only a short walk to town and to nearby off leach beach. Clean, well furnished and a great back yard. Recommended.

This property, whilst in a very convenient location, was a huge letdown. It smelt awful. The pillow protectors were stained. The bathroom showers and vanity taps had mould and scum around them and had obviously not been cleaned. The floor was sticky because it had not been washed. The broom was full of long dog hairs. The drier filter had not been cleaned, disgustingly dirty. The kitchen sink was not clean. You could smell the stink of putrid urine throughout the house. Outside, the deck and table had not been cleaned. The key ring, my goodness, it was so filthy we had to take the keys off and then we washed the keys clean so we could use them. Entering at the front door was very unfriendly because the lounge seating was placed too close to the front door. The owner even confronted us and said he didn’t want us to stay. He told us to find somewhere else after having driven from Sydney! We did enquire but during this high season of COVID holiday rentals, it was impossible. Prior to our arrival the owner informed us that we couldn’t start our holiday on the day we had booked, after we had paid the full amount mind you, because he had over booked for that day. He did offer an extra day at no cost but we decided not to take up the offer in the end as we were so upset. Overall it was a very, very bad experience.
