The condo is located by both pools and by the stairs to the beach. Very convenient. There are also good restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to drive. Condo is spacious and clean. Loved the balcony-lots of space, comfortable furniture and you can listen and watch the waves. View is wonderful! There are quite a few stairs to the beach so if you have trouble with stairs this beach isn’t your best choice but water is clear and very soft sand. We had a great time! Bring beach towels since they don’t have any. Only suggestion for owners is providing beach chairs and an umbrella since you can’t bring those if you fly. Not a big issue though and we would go again!

From the entrance at the gate house you feel like you are entering an Italian villa. Then you open the door to the condo and catch a glimpse of the crystal clear waters of the ocean that await you on the other side of the massive balcony. As you are drawn to the water at the other end of the home you walk past the large bedrooms and beautifully decorated living room. Seated on the balcony now you can unwind, relax and take it all in as you listen to the waves.

Condo itself is extremely nice, recently updated and overlooks the ocean and all rooms were spacious. Was exactly as presented in the pics. We had friends staying in 4 other condos in the complex and all were very nice and updated.
Upon check-in, we opened the fridge to load our groceries and were hit in the face with the smell of fish. It looked like a previous renter had been fishing and their bags leaked all over the bottom of the fridge, where a layer of dark, smelly ice had formed. I called and texted the maintenance # given on the emails - left a message and texted a pic and never got a response or call back.
Master shower has dual heads, which was great, but both leaked so much on the normal setting they had to be used on massage to get any flow. There was also a used piece of bar soap left in the floor of the shower.
Upon trying to use the dishwasher for the first time, there was still a block of detergent in the dispenser, as the dispenser door had not opened on the previous cycle – so not sure how many of the plates and utensils we had been using that were not washed properly.

Checking in was easy; access codes were emailed ahead of time, and I received multiple messages letting me know when the unit was ready. The condo itself was large and had a great balcony overlooking the ocean. Beach access was easy (stairs were right next to our building). It is in a good location on 30A with easy access to highway 98. I would stay again.

Location and view were great! Condo is spacious and welcoming. Stayed with 5 adults, 2 young children and 1 baby and never felt crowded. Kitchen could be better stocked for cooking and master bedroom mattress needs replaced. Overall a great stay and would definitely return.

We loved the room and enjoyed our stay at Sol Mate at Adagio. The room is laid out perfectly for a large family and was decorated stunningly. Unlike other reviews, the room was very clean when we arrived. The room was ready early which was wonderful since we had four kids under eight with us. The location was perfect and the pool was top notch. We always had a seat. There were a few things we would like to see them do before our next stay.
Items to work on.
1. The WIFI didn’t work for us and we were unable to get it resolved during out stay. It was over the weekend, so I can understand that no one got back with us. It was not a big deal.
2. The shower in the first guest room on the right is very slippery. Some grips should be added. My guess is someone fell in it at some point and broke the door since it was missing and replaced with a shower curtain. Again not a major issue and easily fixed.
3. The beds were adequate, but could be replaced for sure. They are at the end of their life cycle. You could see the indentions and when you laid down could feel them. There was also a squeak any time you rolled over in the bed. But, we slept fine so not a major issue and one that can be resolved easily.
Even with the minor issues, this is a five star room for sure. The kitchen is amazing and almost everything was above par. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

This was a group of family and friends. Celebrating a high school graduation and entering the next phase of empty nesters. There was plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing as well as community space for us all to be together. Great location and amenities.

We were very nervous about the cleanliness factor after reading the reviews so we were pleasantly surprised when we found it sparkling clean upon our arrival. There were 2 families with kids ranging from 10-16 and everyone had a great time. The unit had such a beautiful ocean view and a great green space below where the boys could play whiffle ball. The beach was just steps below that. Would love to know the name of the wall paint color throughout the condo? There were cans in the closet and I forgot to look! Thanks!

We were very nervous about the cleanliness factor after reading the reviews so we were pleasantly surprised when we found it sparkling clean upon our arrival. There were 2 families with kids ranging from 10-16 and everyone had a great time. The unit had such a beautiful ocean view and a great green space below where the boys could play whiffle ball. Clean, AMAZING views, comfy furniture , great clean amenities, our maintenance issue was addressed immediately by a manager who I was able to text through our visit. Would 1000% rent here again!! We did not want to leave! Best condo we have stayed at in years. Thanks for the great furnishings and decor! This go overlooked these days I feel like!
