Staff and room cleanliness and facilities were very good, ideal for short stays, we stayed for a week.
A mini refrigerator would have been very helpful and the walls were very thin, we were able to hear noise from kitchen cooking from next door, it was pretty loud and it could disrupt your sleep easily.

Mattresses are too soft, middle age and old people feel uncomfortable .

They stopped giving food facilities because of covid but there was a nuce udupi in front of the hotel.

Behaviour of staff (They helped us change the apartment to where there wasn't any additional door inside)

The doors doesn't have any manual lock or any provision to local manually when closed. (Also some apartments have a separate door whose entry is from another aoartment/room which is a safety issue. (Staff was cooperative and very supportive to change the room)
