We unfortunately had terrible weather for our trip but overall Terry was a great host that was very communicative. She quickly replaced an appliance that went out of order. Overall we had a good time.

It was a cozy apartment. Very quiet. Our dog loved the openness of the apartment. Nice grounds. Our host Terry greeted us after our arrival. The weather wasn’t the best but we still enjoyed our stay. Plenty of places in the area to dine out/take out. The apartment needs a coffee maker. The location is great. Once you learn the back roads, getting around and bypassing Route 27 saves you some time. Our last morning we were greeted by a herd of deer that came to graze in the yard.

The cottage (and adjacent main house) has a LOT of old charm. I rented the top part, but you cld rent more. The original floors creak, the windows may be hard to open or close, the kitchen appliances and ware a bit dusty or rusty, but that is easily overcome. I had breakfasts on the lawn, great dog walks on the surrounding foresty acres, reading by the pool, a lovely canoeing trip on the pond dog included. And helpful, friendly chats with the laidback host Terry. It is close to everything: beaches, hamlets, vinyards, restaurants. I will recommend this place to anyone who loves being in a historic, charming, green, secluded spot! Pictures are just like it is.

The cabin was everything as described in the listing. Clean, great location, beautiful property! The owner was also very accommodating and very easy to speak with! Will probably be back again!

We had a lovely stay in this small cottage. Terry was amazing, responsive, helpful and an overall fantastic host! The cottage had everything we needed for a weekend getaway!

Property was extremely different than described/pictures. Place was extremely unkempt - bugs everywhere, front door kicked in and would not lock, basically in the woods, old/dirty furniture surrounding the property. We left after ten minutes and had to go find somewhere else to stay.

Perfect place to relax and explore the Hamptons. Few minutes from clean, beautiful and quiet beach. Huge green space around, sweet pool, and clean house and outdoors. Our little Golden dog was in heaven, running all around. Terry is amazing, kind and classy. Already thinking when to go back!

We were glad to spend the weekend of July 4th at Terry's cute cottage with our dog. The cottage was the perfect size for the three of us and we enjoyed relaxing there. This was our first time in the Hamptons area and the location is perfect to explore the area. It was a pleasure to meet Terry as well, we hope to be back again.
