Generally good. Some issues with heating the pool and internet connections. Both were resolved by the property manager. Overall the house was good, some issues with poor cleaning. Couches need replacing, they are worn out, you sink so deep it is hard to get out. Some of the pots and pans are badly worn and also need upgrading. Bedrooms were good. Lots of room in the house for our seven people.

We truly enjoyed our stay, especially the beautiful pool with magnificent lake front view. My children enjoyed feeding the birds, rabbits and turtles. We even did some fishing on the lake. So much fun things to do just being around the house and resort. We will definitely come back for our next family reunion.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay, The house is so beautiful, nice clean and specious. The magnificent view of the pool is the plus, this newly renovated pool is just amazing, our little one enjoyed it so much and wouldn't even want to leave.. We highly recommend this property unreservedly.

Everything was amazing. The house was as described on the web. We didn’t have any problems. This was the first house we stay that had plenty towels, wash clothes and pots. Will be booking again.

The villa is looking rather tired and could do with updating, the carpets were heavily stained in places, the pool had a leak so had to be topped up every couple of days. But for a family of twelve it was okay.

Very helpful and friendly property manager and check-in staff. Pool area gets great sun. The view of the lake is an added bonus. Nice park area and clean neighborhood. We stayed at this house in 2017 which was the reason for staying again. The house appears to not have been updated since then. I am not sure what “newly renovated” refers to, but aside from a few new bedspreads, everything looks the same but with 6 years of wear and tear. The pool had issues, the washing machine leaks, the carpets are stained, the trim and doors are worn with obvious damage and cheap repair, and the house smells of moth balls. The BBQ was spray painted and gave off a tremclad smell when heating. However, the house was clean and the kids had a great time. It had everything we needed to cook meals and there were plenty of towels and linens/pillows. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend this property to people looking for a big house to fit a few families and for the sunny pool area, and nice backyard view. The ducks that come to visit are cute too.

We rented this home with family and friends for a 60th birthday gathering.
Upon entering everything was as listed online. Beautiful home and extremely spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is more than enough towels and washcloths.
My only complaint is the pool 😔 Very disappointing and the grill size is smaller than expected.
The house keeper missed a few things prior to our checking in but Donna was EXCELLENT at responding to all of our concerns and made us feel comfortable with our stay.
I'd recommend staying here if you're not really going to use the pool. It needs work. The house itself is amazing!

Strong smell of moth balls made some of us sick. The furniture needs updating. Scratched and stained. Dryer took 3-4 trys to dry. Needs to be serviced. Knobs were removed on washer and dryer so we could only use the cycles it was set to. Would not stay here again. It felt like a strictly rental and not a home well cared for. Location was great!! The HVAC sprung a leak while we were out.. When we got back the laundry room was soaked from the leak in the ceiling. Pieces of ceiling on the floor! Called property manager and he had someone there to repair it the next morning. Noone came to clean it up. Plaster from ceiling and water all over the appliances and floor. So we cleaned it all up ourselves! Lucky that it happened on a day we didn’t have reservations somewhere….

We enjoyed our stay very much.
Presently surprised how easy and enjoyable the whole renting process was. From booking, checking in, staying, and checking out. The owner was very accommodating and patient with my requests and questions. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for all of activities we had planned. I recommend it for anyone with a large group. Plenty of space for everyone.

Donna was absolutely everything you could wish for as an owner and reference person. Very timely and pleasant. The property manager also answered our call quickly when he was needed once.Large house, very roomy and withing 30 min of Disney.

Overall Stay in Lake Berkely
The stay at Lake Berkley was fine we didn't like not being informed that only four vehicles are allowed to park at the home. Also the Security guy at check in was very rude and this is unacceptable. We have stayed at several different homes in this community in the last ten years but after this I don't think we will be returning to this community.

the security folks at the gate to allow you entrance are only in the guard house on dayshift. at night you sit and wait for someone to return, a fob for the auto door would be more convenient.

Very responsive to our request to have pool cleaned. Gas grill was not used nevertheless fun for all
The owner was very responsive to having the pool cleaned, however the hot tub stopped working and the gas grill needed cleaning. Nevertheless, the house was excellent for our family and we enjoyed our stay. Overall, we would use this property again and highly recommeded it to family and friends.

Berkley Lake Family Vacation
The house and pool are great. We had everything we needed. The pool heater was not working when we got there but we contacted the owner and it was fixed the next day. Overall we loved our stay.

We cannot day enough on how accommodating Donna has been both times we’ve stayed at her beautiful home. We will always come back to this location It was peaceful, relaxing and beautifully maintained. Our big family had the best time!

Excellent Place
Excellent location, very friendly and helpful stuffs, super nice owner who answered our questions in a speedy manner. The house is so clean and neat with magnificent lake front view. We enjoyed the fishing and the trail around the lake. Will definitely rent it again and recommend to my friends.

Stunning vacation home
This was the perfect home for our big family - it fit all 9 of us easily with room to spare. The house is well designed and very clean, the check-in was straightforward, and both the on-site management and owner Donna responded quickly to any concerns we had. Donna is wonderful and will take care of any of your needs. With a heated pool, multiple TVs, and close proximity to Disney, this home exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will absolutely be back soon.

The property was very large, clean and good condition!
I thought the Lake Berkley House was in a good location for all Disney sites and Universal in a safe gated community. The pool was heated when we arrived and the hot tub relieved sore muscles after a day of park hopping.

It was perfect for our family get together!!
It was perfect accommodations for everyone! Room to spread out so not on top of each other! It was very comfortable and neighborhood was gated and walking path around the beautiful pond. All very nice!

Horrible check in at the front gate
Front gate and parking policies are awful. Tried to contact the on site support - not very responsive. Eventually owner got involved and resolved the issue. Be aware of their extreme parking policies - 4 cars only. If more you have to park out front and them walk in. The staff for the complex was VERY rude
House was OK at best.
TV in master had issue
Game room - all of the pool cues were broken - so disappointing for my son. We went to Walmart and bought a pool cue - why even have a pool table?

Great time
For the first time in many years we had the opportunity for the whole family to get together grown ups and grand children. After a few initial teething problems dealt with immediately by the owner we had a great time. The house is great for a big family, there was eleven of us, in a fantastic location with everything you should need close by. I would highly recommend this property and it’s owner.

Group Stay
I rented this home for a group of 10 people on my team traveling Internationally from all over the world. It was a business trip for our yearly summit. It's important to us that they are comfortable and in an ideal location as they are excited to come to the U.S. This home was so clean an well kept, in an ideal location for all the shopping and tourist fun!! This newly renovated home was a perfect fit for them! We look forward to booking it again.
