Loved this visit...just me and the dog. Nice little place, very comfortable and less than a block from the beach. Hard to beat the Cape in the Fall too!

2-3 min walk to a private beach, a public beach and a great seafood restaurant. 8-10 min drive to a vast majority of Cape Cod amenities, restaurants, cafes, ice cream, miniature golf, grocery store. Will book again!!

The cottage was quaint, and a great stepping off point for activities throughout the Cape. We could walk to the beach from the cottage, which was great for morning and after dinner strolls as well beach time during the day. Highly recommend!

Location is on a main road but walking distance to a private beach which was perfect for us traveling for the first time with a 1 year old baby. This allowed us to just bring what we needed down to the beach for an hour or two each day without having to load everything into a car, drive somewhere and pay for parking for such short windows of time as babies can't nap well on a beach. The house has our basic needs covered but wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The outdoor shower was awesome and we used the washer and dryer daily which helped a ton! The kitchen supplies are well used and some things are very scratched or broken. The bed was awful and I had extreme back pain the whole week because of it however we were able to put a pack n play in the 2nd bedroom for our daughter which gave us a little space at night to watch tv or eat and drink in the living room. The house is 15-20 mins from Hyannis and took us 40 mins to get to Chatham but we visited some local breweries as well and the location in general was great. I would stay here again and would recommend it but I know looking for a pet friendly place really limits our options and I'm sure its hard to keep pristine with dogs coming and going. Our dog has hair and doesn't shed but she liked the house a lot I think!

Perfect Cozy Cottage
This is a very nice clean cottage that is well taken care of. I stayed here by myself for a week but had two friends down overnight. It was perfect. Smaller, but not too small. It is nicer than the pictures reflect. The main room is good sized and has a new kitchen and old fashioned knotty pine panelling - which I love. It is less than a 3 minute walk to the beach. I already reserved it again for next summer.

Nice cottage in the perfect location!
Visited with my husband, 3 year old, and two dogs. The location can't be beat. Turn to the left and your 1 house down from the beach, turn to the right and your 3 houses down from a larger beach and small playground which my 3 year old couldn't get enough of. Between that and dog walks, I must have walked up and down that road 50 times over our 5 night stay! The cottage is small, but it is clean and has everything you need. The kitchen and bathroom are nicely updated, which the listing pictures don't really reflect, so that was a nice surprise. There is also beach chairs and childrens toys on the patio. It's the perfect beachside home for a couple or small family.

Wonderful !!!
Great property, VERY close to beach, VERY close to stores etc., just wonderful. I cant say enough - wonderful in every way. Personally I didn't think the photos did the cottage justice, so much more pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Very convenient to the beach for my toddlers. Safe enclosed back yard. FANTASTIC. Cant wait to go back.

Adorable and Home feel
It's an adorable and simple place to stay. My family found it to be a perfect fit . All the creature comforts you would find yourself needing. A quick walk to the beach an close to the main road to go wherever you want. We will definitely stay here again.

Pet and Adult Friendly Cottage
As advertised in VRBO. Clean. Was terrific for my wife and I and our 2 small dogs. They loved it - the fenced in yard, the walks on the street and beach very nearby. House is in the beach block with beach entrance around the corner.
Well appointed property. All the basic supplies you need.
Location was very good for travel to the CC sights as well as restaurants. A very good find for us.

Cute cottage as described. Clean well stocked kitchen. Fenced in yard for our dog. Unfortunately the mattress in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise whenever you moved. The bedrooms are very small.

Perfection
This cottage could not be any more perfect! From quick effective communication with the owner, to the quaint clean cottage itself, to the most perfection location, our vacation could not have been any better!

Summer Vacation
Fantastic location. Super clean cottage with all the amenities from washer/dryer, dishwasher, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and more . Fenced in yard was perfect for our lab and toddler. Great communication. Adorable decor. Can’t wait to return.

Great stay
This is our third time staying here and we always enjoy it. The location is fabulous, it’s nice to have a fenced in yard for the dogs and Lynn is very easy to communicate with. The washer and dryer is a huge bonus

Contacted owner who apologized and agreed that cleaners should have taken care of. Cottage otherwise was perfect ! Short walk to beach and in walking distance to Skippers for great food and ice cream. Grocery store 5 minutes and Planet Fitness five minutes drive as well. Nice fenced in patio for privacy and dog.
We loved cottage overall and will book again.

Most everything was Great except that the ceiling fan in the main room didn't work, and it would have helped to move around the cold air from the 1 and only ac in the cottage!
We actually went out and bought a stand up fan to move the air around!
Luckily there was a spare key in the lock attached to the shed, because the combination lock on the side door stopped working!
Lastly, it is very hard to see on coming traffic from down the street when trying to pull out of the parking spot next to the house due to a bush being there next to the tree, which really should be cut down!
Other than those 3 things, it was a Great location being so close to the beach, it's only about a one minute walk to it!

Great little house very close to the beach
We had a great visit at this house. Around one corner was a beach with a park (swings for the kids!) and the other way was a slightly more private beach area. We had a wonderful time going to the beach before breakfast (and bringing breakfast sandwiches with us as well!) and walking the dog late at night on the shore. Our children had a blast, and the fenced in courtyard gave them space to safely play outside without any worry to us, as the road is busy and cars do go fast. This was a great launch pad to the other parts of the cape, and we were easily able to visit Ptown, Truro, Welfleet, etc.
Also, we really enjoyed having such a great restaurant right down the street!!

Busy street and close neighbors were no problem in September. Around the corner it was steps to the beach-easy to walk back and forth and for beach walks. Property a bit dated(but so are we!) and it was a good fit for our family of three.

Adorable cottage!
Adorable cottage, minutes from beach! The cottage is decorated so cute and you will find everything you need! Plus, there is a washer and dryer, patio with barbecue fenced in for pups and outside shower! All your needs are met! Lynn the owner, is quick to answer and help with questions!

Charming Cottage
We had such a wonderful experience vacationing at this charming cottage in South Yarmouth. The cottage was spotless and there was plenty of room for the five of us. Just a few steps to the beach, Lynn and Dale provided everything one could possibly need. Loved the privately fenced in side yard. Perfect for dogs without the worry of them running off property. This will definitely be our go to place.
