The apartment is located in the very center of town with the main sights and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Also the apartment is quite spacious with a large living room/kitchen and a separate bedroom.

The interior of the apartment felt a little cheap and a little overrated. Be careful with the advertised parking though. For an apartment that is advertised with two (!) pictures of garages it comes as quite a surprise when after your booking you contact the owner and he tells you that there is no parking available because "you didn't reserve it early enough". I found it really unfriendly that he acted like it is my fault that he has rented out the parking, that is explicitly shown in the images to somebody else instead. As a "solution" he sent me a link to a website of a garage, which cost more than 21€ for less than 24h of parking. As others here have reported non-availability the owner's parking before, I advise you to take the external expensive parking into account.

Buena ubicación

Piso de muy mala calidad, lleno de humedades, rodapiés hinchados y marcos de puertas desencajados por filtraciones de agua, ventanas que no cierran bien. Cama y suelo lleno de pelos, sábanas bajeras pequeñas que no se mantenían en su sitio. El plato de ducha le falta parte de mampara por lo q el agua moja bastante el suelo. Aislamiento acuático muy pobre que se oyen mucho los vecinos desde las 6:30am. Elegimos este piso por su rating y fue una total decepción especialmente dado su el precio y las alternativas que había.

Location was good (though Ronda is a small town so hard to have a bad location), overall apartment was quite generous in size, host provided some snacks and a small bottle of wine as a welcome which was a nice touch, the closest and drawers were very spacious with lots of room to hang clothes, room temperature in the kitchen / living area easy to control, easy access to the apartment through various codes (ie can check in anytime)

Hot water in shower was a bit difficult to manage, toilet seat was loose, shower itself wasn't the cleanest, washing machine but no supplies (and host ignored me after I mentioned this), personally thought bed was soft, sofa was dirty, furniture was cheap (ie tile floors and chairs with metal legs that the plastic had worn down so every time you sat it sounded like nails on a chalkboard), room temperature in bedroom a bit difficult to work out, hallway when you enter the complex is dark af and the switch it quite far away

Ubicación, parking cercano, perfecto para conocer Ronda. Lo mejor aceptan mascotas sin pagar tasas.

La luz se iba cada poco tiempo.... no necesariamente con electrodomésticos encendidos, la cisterna pierde agua, sofá sucio, el servicio de limpieza a las 12:00 del dia del check Out estaba aporreando la puerta... excesivamente caro para lo ofertado y para las anomalias!!

Newly remodeled, spacious apartment in a great location. The apartment is with a shirt walking distance to the old town and to a variety of shops and good restaurants. The decor and furnishings are modern and sleek, and there’s plenty of light in this lovely apartment. Our host was quick and clear with their communication, provided restaurant and parking recommendations, and even left some lovely treats for us to enjoy.

2nd tv in the bedroom didn’t work bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work car parking was a little expensive (even though convenient)
