The apartment was child friendly. They provided a high chair, bath and cot.
The cleanliness let you down a little. We had hairs on the floor, some dust and woke up to ants.

Excellent location: 3mins walk to access Tram station route 11 and 48, 10mins to town hall station by tram. In addition, it’s within free tram zone.
Meanwhile, it is a quiet place to sleep at night. Staff and concierge are super helpful with quick response to my questions and wait for us to settle in when we were late check in at 8pm.

Stunning views, staff were very friendly, accommodating and professional, they allowed our daughter (who lives in Melbourne) and her friend to check in to the apartment for us in the afternoon as our flight arrived very late. Apartment was well equipped. There was milk, tea, coffee, wine, toiletries etc. Kitchen even included all washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, foil, cling film, tea towels etc. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Well located, tram stopped right outside apartment and was part of free tram zone. Also Woolworths supermarket was just 5 minutes away. The views of Yarra river, docklands and beyond were amazing both during daylight and at night. We had a complimentary housekeeping service twice during our 5 night stay. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again if we returned to Melbourne.

Fantastic location. Free tram stop right outside. Very clean, with lots of lovely extras to make your stay even more special. Beds very comfortable and staff were so accommodating. Able to leave our luggage.swimming pool and gym were fabulous. Super spot to access the highlights of Melbourne. Views are breathtaking.

The location was great. Having the tram right at the front door was perfect. They staff were all lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Great location far from downtown but you have access directly the free tram #11 n 48.
Good facilities. Great view. Unfortunately one of the bedroom has no AC it’s complicated for the hottest days.

Super convenient to the free trams, walking distance to many attractions (within a couple miles / 3km), amazing views of the Docklands and the Yarra River. Very safe building - doors require key fob for entry as well as the lifts. Parking very convenient!
If you’re a TV watcher, it has a smart TV so can get Netflix, but not much for local broadcast channels.

This was a really good apartment, modern, clean, comfortable and a great location, plus the view!
It is in the city, right on the free tram line, but we didn't woken by sirens at 3am as it's not a busy traffic area.
The staff were also exceptionally helpful and lovely, nothing was too much trouble. This will be my go to place to stay in Melbourne from now on.

Schon vor unserer Anreise war die Rezeption sehr darum bemüht, für uns alles angenehm zu regeln. Als wir dann sehr viel früher eintrafen, war alles gut geregelt. Insbesondere Steve war toll. Er führte uns zu unserem Parkplatz, zeigte uns das Apartment und erklärte uns alles notwendige. Das Apartment selbst war großartig, der Blick über Yarra, aber auch Richtung Port Phillip Bay sind überwältigend. Auch die Ausstattung des Apartments ist super.
Uns hat alles gefallen.

Everything! Amazing apartment which was conveniently located to city tram (right outside apartment) taking approx 6 mins into CBD. Plus it’s free. Immaculately clean with welcome bottle of wine, biscuits, water, milk, coffe, tea and cleaning and washing products.
Only thing missing … magnifying mirror in bathroom.

There are many supermarkets and cafes about 5 minutes walk away, so you can enjoy restaurants as well as self-catering.
I was able to cook and do laundry in comfort.
As a family, we had good memories of watching the Australian Open tennis tournament.
Nothing in particular. If I may say so, I felt it was easy to get dry when the heating was on.
I wish we could have used the gym and pool on the premises.

our stay was fab, the whole apartment was incredible, our hosts escorted us all over to the apartment, showed us around everything, car parking was great too, very easy to come and go as you pleased with key fob access. the whole building was spotless, quiet, we couldnt have wished for more. The free tram was right on the doorstep which made it easy for us all to get around and see the sights. My parents over from the UK on holiday with us - "it made their holiday" the views from the apartment were awesome, you didnt need to venture out if you didnt want to, its was great to stay in and what the sunset and sunrise, there is a supermarket on hand too so easy to collect everything you need for your stay... we will be back again

Was nice having someone show us to our apartment and give us information about the building and the surrounding area. The apartment was well appointed with all we needed for our stay. It was nice to be given a decent supply of laundry liquid. Extra bathroom towels was a nice touch. The hosts were really helpful and friendly.
We didn't receive the promised phone call or text asking what servicing we would like during our stay. Only small negative with the apartment was the position of the controls for the ensuite shower.

非常棒的港口景色，阳台正对夕阳。崭新的房间装修和齐全的现代化设施，还送了我们红酒和点心。车可以免费停在大楼二层停车场，电梯就可以抵达房间。泳池是28度恒温，非常舒适！楼下就是11和48路tram总站，到southern cross station很近，门口有非常棒的cafe和一家Woolworths，且晚上十分安静，位置不能再好了！我的家人都希望可以多住几天！

Modern unit with beautiful views over the city. Quiet at night but easy access to trams and walking distance to CBD. Loved the 25m pool for swimming laps and playing with the kiddo. Sauna was great after a cool day. There was a travel cot and high chair for the baby. Perfect stay!
