einzig der Preis und die Lage waren ok.
die Badezimmerkabine war in einem schlechten Zustand - Heizfunktion nur mit Heizlüfter weil die Heizung außer Betrieb ist - Zimmertür lässt sich schwer entriegeln - Küchenzeile schon recht in die Jahre gekommen

Very big room, that is nice. Super comfortable self check in. Very helpfull stuff
Some things are worn out - like a sofa and some of the shower equipment downstairs.

Excellent place to stay for the night. The rooms have everything you need for a weary traveler and even more. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable. A very convenient system with keyboxes - allows you to check in and out at any time right in the middle of the night without a receptionist. Thanks to the hosts for the overnight stay!

There was no proper heating, despide night temperature was -10. There were no showers in the apartment, only toilet.

Very spacious apartment with two rooms to sleep in. Perfect WiFi. Quiet place in the outskirts of the city (Kotka).
Very nicely equipped kitchen
Rather poor explanation for finding the keybox and opening it. Not quite easy to come to the place,-no adress found in my navigator. A bit cramped toilet room combined with the shower.

Space regarding the Price. Kitchen was ok. And in priciple nice furniture... Just a bit "used"...
Price was very good for the space.
Other things could improve. Just... Maybe for other guests it is ok... So I will list not the matters.

Top price performance ratio!
Absolutely charming flair of old building in beautiful and calm surroundings. Though old, mainly clean. Lovely little details of interior decoration!
Unfortunately bathroom in superior apartment rather small and not functional. Kitchen supplements rather minimal or in bad(ish) condition. Loved the idea of washing machine, but didn’t want to use it, because rather dirty and we didn’t think of bringing our own detergent.
A special thank for the host for excellent communication and plus points for being per friendly: also our little dog loved the stay!

The room felt not warm enough for the winter conditions. But in summer it should be very nice and comfortable. Higher floor through stairs.
