It was close to the metro and in the ring road vicinity . The room was very clean , the staff attentive and the lounge area ,bar and cafe were excellent.
The room is small by Australian standards (you can’t get into the bed from the sides ) but not uncommon for European hotels . Nevertheless it was very comfortable

The room was fine, with a comfy bed and very clean. The hotel was in a good location. We used the free bikes which was also a great addition. The hotel generally is very modern and well looked after. Staff were really helpful and welcoming at all times.
The room was super small and really equipped for business travellers more than tourists. It was tight for two of us for 4 nights. The downside was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room so you had to go downstairs and pay at the bar to take them up to your room. Even just a couple of drink tokens would be appreciated for the first brew of the day!

Modern property, lovely staff, cool creative vibe and super central to everywhere we needed to go (also conveniently located next to an awesome bakery!). Cleanliness was to a good standard. Easy check in and check out process. Liked the feature of being able to control all lighting, blinds/curtains and sound with the iPad in the room.
The room was very economical on space.

Stylish, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage mit Öffis direkt vor der Tür. Tolle Bäckerei mit Frühstücksangebot direkt nebenan.
Die Zimmer sind durchdacht und schön gemacht aber für den Preis wirklich sehr klein.

Good location which was a quieter part of town. Well located for walking and all local transport options. Comfortable bed and room with typical Citizen M styling. A nice bar area and friendly staff.

Tek kelime ile: HARİKAYDI. Personelin güler yüzü, yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yapması ve iletişimi harikaydı. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Otel ve odalar oldukça temizdi. Bundan sonra gelirsek tek tercihimiz kesinlikle burası olacak. Gelirken otobüsümüz bizi olması gerekenden çok daha erken indirdi ve check in saatinden çok önce otele girdik. Ada Hanım bize çok yardımcı oldu ve erken check in konusunda yardımcı olarak deneyimimizi harika başlattı. Kendisine ekstra olarak çok teşekkür ederiz.

jedzenie typu przekąski/dania główne - to raczej mrożone gotowce do odgrzania, ale wokoło jest wiele pysznych knajp więc nie trzeba korzystać z jedzenia hotelowego

Das Personal war durchweg herzlich, freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer modern ausgestattet. Und die Lage ist perfekt. Tram und Metro nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Ein Fahrrad hätte uns das Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt, leider lud das Wetter nicht zum radeln ein.

The hotel was so central and only 2/3 metro stops from the city centre. It was also really easy to get to from the airport. The hotel room was cool. You were able to change the light settings with your phone. The bed was very comfy. Staff were very friendly and so helpful. The free bike service was great to explore the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend!

The room was very neat and very techy. Staff was super friendly. The location was amazing, the metro is accessible and within 1 minute walk and the city center is near if you want to walk.

A great location, near a metro station and lots of cafes and restaurants
The internet was slow. The TV was not working right. I complained about it, but nothing was fixed during the next 3 days of our stay.

24 hours Bar, best location, friendly staff, water were provided by hotel
was not too clean, one of the towels were thorn yet was put for use..the only time they clean my room in 6 days, the floor was not vacuumed

we asked for the room to be cleaned, the towels were changed but sheets (which got a bit of blood on pillow as my partner had a nose bleed) was not changed.
