Dirtiest place I have ever been, not even sure the sheets were washed. There is a person living in one of the appartments, unclear what his role his but quite rude. I felt very unsafe and could not sleep. It seems like it is a place for prostitution, stay out of it!!

Room was nice and spacious. The location was great!

The clerk is at least responsible. I booked a room for three people, but there was only one double bed in the room. I reported this problem to the manager, and they quickly brought us a rollaway bed.

We walked in to be greeted by three trans men (men turned into women). This was not the issue at all, they seemed nice. The check in was a small box to which we had to put a pin we couldn’t figure out so they were explaining it. The men/women proceed to tell us that room 1 is available, but being cleaned. When we were about to leave so that we could come back after it had been cleaned, one of the people ask us to go to the room next door and proceed to pull out a dildo (there is no other way to say it). Two are still standing behind us. So my friend and I are stuck (two backpacking 18 yo girls). I awkwardly laugh and we SPRINT out of there. The man/woman was spinning the dildo around his crotch area, and I honestly have never been more scared. We obviously just found ourselves another place to stay bc there was no way that we were going back there. I didn’t care that I was losing the money, it was simply the worst experience of my life. Please avoid at all costs

Good location for the Letzigrund Stadium. Parking out front, but not guaranteed. Was cheap for Zurich.

Firstly the check in process was not as described in communications through booking.com. The code given didn't work and you have to text a random number to get the keys. Not a great start. Despite numerous 'no smoking' notices around the whole place smelled of smoke and when we walked into our floor, there were people clearly smoking everywhere. The bathrooms and kitchen were very dirty and we asked to switch floors. We did and there was less smoke but the state of the 'apartment' was no better. Clearly, there's only so much the owners can do to make people tidy up after themselves but the fact that the building is so poorly maintained makes it easy for people to abuse the space. I wore shoes in the shared bathroom and refused to use the shower. The kitchen was unusable. Our room was one of the worst I've stayed in for a long time. Only one socket worked, the fan was broken and the bed linen was ancient though did smell clean-ish. Thankfully we were only there for 1 night but I would definitely not return or recommend anyone else stay there. It was very cheap and I guess I should have expected the worst which is what we got.

The room was clean and it pretty much ends there. I felt I was in run down student apartment, I have the feeling some people were long term residents. The shared kitchen was disgusting, people cooking and leaving all the dishes, disgusting fridge. The shared toilet didn’t even have a toilet seat. I would NEVER stay there again. I ended up staying at a friends house the last day. The room did however have three sleeping places, so if you are looking for a cheap place to stay in Zurich and are OK with the discomfort, this is pretty much the highest value for money you can get in town.

Flexible check in. Parking.

Dirty toilets, loud neighbours, bad service. The check in was not as described. We booked together but given rooms on separate floors. Our bathroom had no lock and it was very first. When we arrived, there was a guy going around knocking on the doors like crazy. In the middle of the night we were woken up with some shouting, with next door neighbours shouting like crazy. Couldn't even sleep for the single night that we spent there.

There was smoke smell all around . The kitchen and tables were not clean . Lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms around . the sofa provided was in terrible state .AVOID !!!!! TERRIble !!!

stunk of weed (perhaps not hosts fault). and characters in the property looking to sell you drugs. did not feel safe staying here. barely working plugs.

Allthough the appartment for more than 2 persons was not available at the time we booked two rooms for 2 people, the host informed us on the day of our arrival that we can upgrade to bigger appartment for 4+ persons if we wanted. Bonus was penthouse with roof terrace! Also the free parking in front of the building helped a lot. The host was very kind and Wifi worked perfectly.

Only the Location conveniences, especially public transportation like Tram, Train ....

Horrible experience don't waste your money there.the people living in the apartment are the worst they smoke (not only tobacco) INSIDE the apartment and don't even bother to open the windows. They scream, fight, throw things at eachother and slam the doors from 8pm all the way till the morning so no, you won't sleep, they also park their scooter in the middle of the hallway and some other trash was piled up ther. At some point a man, whom I believe was the owner or the administrator came to collect some "taxes" and didn't say anything to them about all the problems they cause. I regret not calling the police because I was really afraid of those dr*g addicts.

I booked for 2 rooms, they gave me one room in 1st floor and 1 room in 3rd floor..the building no elevator..you have to carry your luggage uo to where u stay..disappointed

Washroom shared with other persons. Beds were totally uncomfortable. Stairs were. Not clean.. The very bad things one person came 11 o'clock at night in my room when I was sleep. He want the 10 Fr. City TeX.
