Este luminoso apartamento tipo dúplex fue diseñado para combinar modernidad y calidad. En la entrada, encontrará la cocina totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios para que pueda preparar sus propias comidas durante su estancia si así lo desea.
Junto a la cocina el espacioso salón le permitirá relajarse después de un largo día de paseo en la ciudad. En el resto del apartamento, encontrará 3 habitaciones: 1 con una cama doble, y otra con 2 camas individuales; así como 2 baños creados para que pueda estar lo más cómodo posible ambos con una bañera y ducha integrada. A través de la terraza privada tendrá acceso directo a la piscina comunitaria del apartmento.
Desde lavadora, lavaplatos, plancha de ropa, microondas hasta cafetera, sin olvidar una excelente conexión a internet por nuestro Wifi gratis, un televisor pantalla plana, así como todo el equipamiento que necesitará para sentirse como en casa. Adicionalmente, para aquellos que prefieren venir en coche y evitar el estrés de encontrar un parking en la ciudad, le podemos ofrecer parking privado ubicado en el mismo edificio de su apartamento.y le informamos que el parking cuesta 25€ al día

We would like to formally request a significant refund of a portion of our stay. This apartment is definitely not as described in the listing (and our neighbors next door who rented from you also had similar issues and open a formal inquiry) - for many reasons:
+ the pool was not able to be used until Friday (we checked in Tuesday) and even then not clean
+ the washer/dryer handle is broken and not able to open - we were required to take all of our laundry to a laundromat and pay to launder it (which took 2-3 hours and $$)
+ the first floor window shades are missing or broken
+ the sink drains upstairs do not allow water to go down
+ the grass out back is overgrown with 3 foot weeds
+ there are bugs in the kitchen
+ there is no dishwasher soap
+ there is no coffee maker
+ various lights not working or flickering
+ the master bathroom window hinge seems to be broken
+ overall, the apartment is not very clean and certainly not as described in the photos on VRBO
+ we agreed to pay the full amount listed because of the listing and everything being in good working order with all amenities listed and clean. This apartment is far from that and not having access to the pool for 4+ days is a major issue. There are other issues but too much to type here. I hope you get the idea that things are not up to standard for the price and not aligned to your VRBO listing.
We certainly deserve some sort of significant refund for this stay.

Buen apartamento en la zona de Parque Guell, bien ubicado para ver ciudad. Hay piscina buena pero aqua fria en este tiempo, ademas todo era perfecto.

I have stayed in a number of apartments in this general area and this is by far the best. It is surprisingly spacious and has a nice terrace. The kitchen is well equipped; nice to have a (small) dishwasher and excellent washer dryer. Location is marvellous. I will say that if you sleep with open windows there can be some street noise from people walking up , but nothing too bad and double glazed windows mean that when they are closed noise is negligible. I am looking forward to staying here agin. Owners totally reliable, deposition returned promptly, and very accommodating.

The MSB Apartments is the standard of a 5 Star apartmentl but you feel like you are at home with the kitchen facilities and the extra space to relax. We spent Christmas in NYC with our 5 sons aged 24yrs to 11yrs. We booked one apartment. Loads of space to hang out together between outings and excellent value. We had one issue with Housekeeping which was resolved by Toni, very friendly yet professional and for sure we will return. 👍

Very nice apartment ! Well furnished, in a great area (with buses and metro stops close by). You get to lounge on the terrace all da. The apartment has good natural lightinhg that enters which is great ! We loved everything the apartment

When we arrived at the office for the check-in everything was ready which was a big concern for us as we were a big group and had 2 apartments. The staff was nice, friendly and efficient. The apartments were clean and right next to each other which was a big plus.
