El apartamento está dividido en dos niveles. En el segundo piso encontrará una luminosa sala de estar con TV donde podrá sentarse y relajarse después de un largo día de visitas turísticas recorriendo Barcelona. Desde esta sala de estar podrá acceder a una bonita terraza privada, ideal para tomar el desayuno mientras planifica sus próximas aventuras por Barcelona, o para tumbarse a disfrutar del magnífico clima barcelonés.
El apartamento cuenta con una cama doble y un baño completo, además de dos sofás-cama doble donde cuatro huéspedes más pueden dormir. El apartamento está equipado con toallas y sábanas limpias listas para su uso el día de su llegada.
En el primer piso, la moderna cocina está equipada con todos los utensilios que pueda necesitar: lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera, tetera eléctrica, horno, nevera/congelador y placa vitrocerámica. De esta manera tendrá total libertad para preparar sus platos preferidos y sorprender a sus amigos.
Este magnífico loft en Barcelona está ubicado en el dinámico barrio de Gràcia, donde puede encontrar gran variedad de restaurantes, bares, cafeterías, tiendas, supermercados, opciones de ocio y fácil acceso al transporte público de la ciudad.
La localización de este apartamento es la ideal en cuanto a transporte público. La estación de metro más cercana es Lesseps (L3, línea verde) a tan solo unas pocas paradas de las Ramblas, Plaza Cataluña, Paseo de Gràcia, Barceloneta, Park Güell, Casa Batlló y Camp Nou entre otros.

The accommodation is beautiful, clean and very well equipped. The staff is friendly and willing. Check in and check out comfortable and easy. They accepted our dog with no problems.

We are a family of four - my husband and I, and our two teenage daughters (14 and 17). We have traveled all over the world and rented many vacation rentals. The unit itself was contemporary and kind of a fun layout. There was absolutely nothing left from previous tenants, unlike other properties we have stayed at, but that is a bonus that should not necessarily be expected. The pool area was as photographed in the ad and the unit presented as photographed, except for one glaring omission.... The upper loft area has a metal railing to provide safety from falling to the lower levels, but there is about an 18 inch by 4 foot cutout in the floor to provide headroom for the stairwell that is NOT protected by the railing. It is a hole in the floor and one could easily fall through to the lower stairs at night or if not paying attention. Scary to think of renting this unit to anyone with children... My teenage daughter placed the ironing board over the hole in the floor to prevent her from accidentally falling through if she was not paying attention when walking to her sofabed. Serious hazard that needs adddressing before someone seriously injures themselves. In addition. during our five day stay, the other tenants were a concern to our family. There was a strong smell of cannabis in the hallways so that it flowed into our unit anytime the door opened - no big deal. There was a family of about 13 individuals who rented one unit, with at least 6 children who screamed and took over the pool area for hours - kind of irritating as we couldn't really sit out on the patio or use the pool. Lastly, there was a group of young men from London who were swearing loudly, drinking heavily, and when I asked them "who is getting married?" one replied that it was a 21 birthday celebration weekend... - I am struggling to understand why they would be allowed to rent a single unit in a complex with four units.... They came home from the bar at about 1 am for two nights in a row. In short, this set of units is being rented to whoever pays the fee and there does not seem to be any consideration for who else may be housed in the other units. Families and people who want a reasonably mellow getaway from the crowds of Barcelona take heed. This unit has a major safety flaw and the group of units mean you are sharing a small outdoor/pool space with whoever the company puts in the other units. Sorry for the harsh review, but I would have appreciated knowing.....

Pretty nice place, clean and very enjoyable.
View from the terrace was astounding, especially in the evening, perfect place to hangout with friends. The host was very nice. We were late because of car rental, but he waited without problem and when we got there, he told us everything about the neighbourhood, about the north in general (like where to find some good local restaurants, landmarks etc).

I can't recommend the highly enough, the staff are lovely and very attentive, but not in your face. It's smart, very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities for Self-catering. thank you staff, for a very pleasant stay.

L’acceuil très professionnel et malgré tout chaleureux,séjour parfait hébergement de qualité. Attention le parking nécessite une petite voiture mais est par ailleurs pratique et impératif dans ce quartier situé en plein centre.

Wonderful apartment. Great experience in Barcelona
The apartment is superb: modern airy design, new furniture, spotlessly clean. The facilities are great too: fully equipped kitchen, two modern bathrooms, parking place. The apartment is located in a pleasant neighborhood which is also very close to the city center (10 to 15 minutes walking to reach the old town). We basically didn’t miss anything during our stay.
I wish to send a big thank you to our host. She gave us a warm welcome, waited for us at the apartment and kindly guided us to the parking place nearby.

Everything! The apartment was beautiful, the location was fabulous. The more we walked around, the more we realized how lucky we were to find this place. There were so many attractions nearby and the main shopping area was easy walking distance away.

Our stay in this apartment was absolutely fantastic! I would say much better than we expected. Good location , lots of cozy restaurants nearby. If I will back to Barcelona, I would definitely repeat my stay.
