Our stay at Colleen’s beautiful condo was the best of the best!!! Fully stocked everything made our stay the most relaxing we have ever had. Gorgeous kitchen with everything any cook could ever want made it a pleasure to stay in for meals with the most awesome view you would ever get on the coast. All of this made it very very hard to leave and we will definitely be back❤️ Thank you Colleen for sharing this beautiful property!

We loved our time here and hope to go back again. The view was gorgeous and the home was conveniently located to 101, the Newport waterfront and South Beach areas. We had a great time even when the weather was less than desirable. We could see the sea lions out the window!

This is a delightfully comfortable home full of unique coastal decor and all the amenities needed to enjoy Newport. The views are wonderful and the location is very convenient to local attractions and restaurants. The ease of getting to nature areas and the downtown dock scene is great. The owner is very gracious and accommodating. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

Stayed here for the Newport Resolution Run. What a great location and house. Great views of the bay and bridge. House was very clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay in this beautiful waterfront home. We utilized the well stocked kitchen to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. We enjoyed our time here and would book again.

You can’t ask for a better place to stay in Newport. Well-appointed, clean, comfortable, easy access, good communications, comfortable beds, a gorgeous view and just a few minutes walk to the beach. You won’t regret staying here. I can’t wait to come back!

This is the second time we have stayed at Colleen's townhome. It is lovely in every way...spacious, clean and comfortable. We love the easy access to the beach, a short walk that begins right out the front door...watching the fishing boats come and go is also a treat...

We had the best time staying at Colleen's beautiful property! It was extremely clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfy, and we loved looking out the living room windows at the Yaquina Bay on a stormy, cozy morning. We enjoyed seeing birds and seals in the bay, as well as the view of the bridge. Everything we did was in easy walking distance. We went to the Oregon Coast Aquarium, the Rogue Brewery, and South Jetty State Park. Thank you for sharing your home, Colleen! We would stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone ready to experience Newport.

We had a 3-day mid-week stay at the South Beach property. This was our first stay in a VRBO and was a great experience! Colleen sent timely communications and kept us informed about everything from the heat, or the TV, to all the kitchen appliance (of which there were plenty to choose from). I would stay here again, but for a longer period of time. We had beautiful, warm 65 degree fall weather and no rain! Fabulous stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - it was comfortable, well stocked, a great location and had wonderful views of the bridge and bay. It was amazing to open the shades in the morning to such beautiful scenery, and step out the front door to walk along the jetty, then watch the sun set from the balcony. We hope to be able to return some day.

This is a very spacious two story townhouse with great views of the channel and bridge. Watching the boats going in and out of the harbor from the breakfast nook and balcony was very relaxing and we caught some amazing sunsets.
The kitchen is very open and well stocked for cooking and the furniture is comfortable.

Loved our recent 1-week stay. Fabulous views, nice balcony, and just a short drive to a magnificent beach at South Beach State Park. Colleen is a great host, very helpful and easy to communicate with. Her home is immaculate with beautiful sea-theme decorations, a remodeled kitchen and all new appliances, great selection of glassware, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and more spices than you can shake a stick at. Comfy living room furniture with a great TV and wonderful selection of movies. Nice bedrooms and baths with lots of draws and closet space, a real plus. Literally nothing you might need for a happy and relaxing stay was missing. Colleen, we will come again. You are at the top of our list for a summer getaway!

The house is better than pictured. Had everything we need for our stay. Weather was beautiful. We walked to the pier and watch people catching crabs but most were undersized. However, those that went on a party boat including us, caught some fish and a whole lot of crabs that a bucketful of legal size crabs were thrown back to sea. Overall, we had so much fun!

Very nice quiet spot with easy access to beaches and activities. View of fishing boats going in and out under the bridge is fun to watch. House is stocked with everything one could possibly need for a week in Newport, all very well kept and comfortable.

The property was well kept, clean, and well stocked. Really nice and beautiful view of the Yaquina Bay Bridge. Some noise of people late at night along the jetty but overall pleasant stay with one exception - please include some different types of pillows for the beds. The covered pillows were flat and the others were way too firm - we all woke up with sore necks/shoulders. So unfortunately had very poor sleep.

This is a beautiful, clean condo. Colleen is very accommodating and has everything you need for a comfortable stay here in Newport. Great views from the bay window. Close biking and walking trails. Also, you can walk to the jetty and the beach. We would definitely stay again. Colleen is very quick to respond which makes it nice when you stay in new place.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Colleen’s house. It was overly stocked with all thing you could need. In a very nice and peace neighborhood with great view of the bay. We loved all the decorations and theming of the house. We would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I stayed at the house for 6 nights and loved everyone of them. The house has everything that is needed for a relaxing stay. We have never stayed at a rental where the kitchen was so well equipped. The location is perfect. We took walks every night to enjoy the sunset from the beach or the pier. Thank you Colleen for creating such a warm and welcoming environment- we truly felt like we were home.

Terrific view of Yaquina Bay and Bridge, clamming right out the front door, walking paths, exceptionally clean and attractive lodging, fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Lovely place, perfect for our visit to see an ailing sibling. The view of the water offered the chance to see cormorants as they fished for seaweed to build their nests. Conveniently located.

Beautiful view of the bridge, close to marina, enjoyed watching the sea lions in the morning off the patio. Walking distance to Rogue brewery. There are a couple bikes in the garage, did some exploring around town. The condo is way more roomier than the pictures look. all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay here again. I wish we could have stayed longer. There was so much more that I wanted to do. This charming condo was a delight to come home to. The decor is clever, whimsical, with a smile around every corner. Exploring the surrounding area made it clear to me where the inspiration came from. We dined at Local Ocean , The Clearwatet, as well as other smaller restaurants in town, The food was exceptional! But , I have to say ,the best meal of all was the gourmet meal that my husband prepared for me on my birthday . The kitchen at the condo was amazing and well equipped. We drank wine out on the patio and watched the ships and sea otters while the feast simmered. I will never forget that lovely night . Cannot thank our host Colleen enough . Wish we were there right now.

The home felt much bigger in person than the pictures let on. Beautiful view of the bay and the bridge, which made for perfect photos! The host, Colleen, was so prompt with any questions or concerns that popped up. The big couch was ideal for playing board games and late night chats. My friends and I were obsessed with the kitchen as well. Honestly the only thing that I would say is there is quite a bit of decor and art that is more fragile, so just be careful if you have young kiddos. No issue for adults though and definitely beautiful!

Clean, comfortable, better stocked than any place we’ve ever rented. Walk out the door and you’re just steps to North Beach State Park with wonderful hiking trails. Short walk down the road to North Beach. Short stroll to the community fishing pier and Rogue Brewery. Sit in the living room and enjoy all kinds of sea ducks, loons, herons, seals, sea lions, surfers, commercial fishing boats back and forth. Never a dull moment. Oh and the view of the bridge! And the kitchen. Good quality pots and pans and with a little sharpening the knives were pretty darn good. And the owner is Johnny on the Spot with check - in instructions and making sure everything is perfect. Spent a month.

We spent a month in this beautiful condo right on the Yaquina harbor. Watching the harbor seals and fishing boats out the window was great. Loved the location within walking distance of the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Hatfield Marine Science Center, Rogue Brewery (easy walk for a dinner out!) and out the jetty to walk on the beach. We saw many beautiful sunsets because this unit has a window facing West. Extremely quiet. Highly recommend.

The pictures of her listening intrigued us. They didn’t do this place justice it was way nicer than we expected. We never stay in hotels unless our only option and places like this are the reason!! The views are nothing short of stunning the fishing boats coming and going at all times of the day and night is peaceful. The place is in extremely good condition all the details have been looked after nicely. It was impeccably clean !! The kitchen was appointed with everything that could possibly be desired and needed from dishes to spices . I would highly recommend this place and are already looking at dates to reserve again.

We had a great few days at this lovely South Beach home! We were up from California visiting our son who attends OSU. This home has everything you need to prepare wonderful meals and is in close proximity to so much! We would love to stay here again.

You would be hard pressed to find a nicer short term rental in Newport. The view is beautiful! The kitchen extremely well stocked, beds are comfortable, gas fireplace and a lovely walk along the jetty just out the front door. The SMART TV requires log-ins for streaming so remember your passwords.
Location is close to everything you want in Newport.
