I usually have a pleasant stay at this location.

The staff isn’t very attentive. I called several times to make an update to my reservation and I was not able to get a response. However, when I called Hilton direct they were able to get in touch with the property. I get to the hotel and the room I had was missing essential items. Luckily, Miranda was very accommodating and switched my room. Honestly can say this might be my last stay at this locations due to staff.

Location.

Dirty floors. Had to clean them myself. Our socks were black after walking on the bathroom floor and non carpeted area of the room (entrance to room). Beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Reception Staff Attitude was very rude, and they were busy with their mobile. Also, they threat customers with new rules of 4 hours prior to checkout and check in time. Basically, they are using 4 hours form a customer paid time for a day as late checkout to shame them. While they don't check you in before 3pm and want you to leave the hotel at 11 am. unenjoyable breakfast ending at 9:30 straight with shutter down. negligence at refill of important items at Coffee station. Water for drinking filled with rotten apples.

Absolutely nothing. When we arrived the room was sold out. We were told Booking did not transfer the funds and they rented the room to someone else. I find no way to contact Booking.com about the matter, they only direct me to Holiday Inn email. Sent an email and never heard anything. So not only did I have to find another hotel late at night but I'm out $111 because there is no way to get a refund for a room I never got to sleep in. Last time I'll use booking and last time I'll use Holiday Inn.

The room I reserved and the room provided were different. And they are paying a lot. I called the front desk, but the response was too bad

Very good breakfast. Location is very good. Breakfast area has plenty of seating indoors and out. Serving area is spacious.

having consistent free wifi was very important to us. The hot breakfast was a nice touch, that we greatly appreciated. The staff were freindly and accomodating.

Holiday Inn really comfort & clean and Breafast options are worthy..

Booking.com experience is really pathetic and over pricey, as the similar room i booked for my friend with 30% cheeper price for same day through direct booking...Really disappointing experience from Booking.com.
