The bedroom suites were exceptional. The hotel having all of the essentials needed provides a family comfort.

The room smelled really good… could’ve been from previous guy in room overdoing it on his cologne but he left behind a very yummy smell 😊

We loved the breakfasrt in the hotel and the fitness center. Had the necessary equipment and breakfast had good variety.
I didn't like that like most hotels at this location you cannot use two different credit cards for incidentals and the room charge. Had to put it all on one card. That ties up my debit card doing that.

Overall the hotel was clean and staff was exceptional.
I didn't like dishes in dishwasher when I arrived. I didn't like cobweb on ceiling or in the corner beside the nitestand.

cleanliness, there were hairs found just about everywhere. The bed pillows all sank in the middle and were uncomfortable. It was a trade of a kitchen for comfort, I didnt need a full kitchen.

the person at the front desk. we were in an accessible room. I thought we were getting a walk in accessible shower when the room had a tub with grab bars. she looked at possibilities and in the end found a shower chair so my sister could take a shower.

They allowed pets. No one questioned having just sheets changed which was nice since I have three little boys. They were speedy with cleaning and always took out the trash that was left by the door.
The price changed every night which was strange to me.
