Magnífica villa de 4 dormitorios a menos de 3 km del centro y de las playas de arena blanca. La piscina está climatizada a 30 grados. Se encuentra en una zona residencial tranquila y agradable. El acantilado, a menos de 100 metros, le dará la oportunidad de admirar magníficas puestas de sol. La piscina y toda la propiedad son totalmente privadas y siempre soleadas. La cocina está totalmente equipada y tiene capacidad para ocho personas alrededor de su mesa, al igual que la mesa de la terraza. Todas las habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado silencioso. Hay acceso a Internet wifi de alta velocidad en toda la casa. Más de 50 canales en varios idiomas están disponibles en el televisor de pantalla Led. Para aquellos que disfrutan de la parrilla, hay una gran barbacoa junto a la piscina. Los 4 dormitorios están decorados con gusto y le harán sentirse como en casa. En la terraza se ha creado una zona oriental desde donde se puede admirar el mar. Jenny, nuestra recepcionista, puede cocinarle deliciosos platos locales por un pequeño suplemento de medio día (50 euros, comida no incluida). Si lo desea, también podemos enviarle un coche al aeropuerto por 50 euros. Se han tenido en cuenta las recomendaciones de los veraneantes: hay bicicletas disponibles. Este es realmente un lugar de ensueño para disfrutar al máximo de sus vacaciones en familia o con un par de amigos. Todo está incluido: electricidad y agua.

Lovely Mauritian home. Spacious. Well equipped. Large bedrooms. Lots of communal space. Air conditioning . Lovely upstairs terrace.
Some updating needed in shower room.
Lovely pool with regular cleaning. Large garden. Space for parking. Car needed.

From when we booked the Villa the communication with the owners Georges and Marie was amazing. We stayed for 7 weeks. They arranged for us to get picked up from the Airport which saved us trying to arrange that. Once arriving at the Villa we were greeted by Mario the Caretaker of the Villa. He was so kind and showed us around the property and answered all the questions we asked. The Villa is just as described and the garden is amazing. It has a herb garden, Coconut trees, Papaya trees and a Mango tree. It is like a little bit of paradise. It's amazing. Throughout the holiday Mario cut us Coconuts and Papayas down which we couldn't get enough of, again he made our holiday very special with all the things he did for us. The Villa was very spacious and felt cool and airy and all rooms had A/C. The swimming pool was a nice size you can sunbath around the pool and there is lovely BBQ to cook on whilst enjoying the weather and relaxing. There is a lovely roof terrace which at night is wonderful and if your lucky enough to see the sunset which we did a few times is the most spectacular view. There is plenty of room for parking and they provide mountain bikes if you want to explore the area. All in all the Holiday was Amazing and the Villa was a big part of that. The only problem we had was we never wanted to leave.

A short distance from the centre we found the house to be comfortable & convenient. The garden was a joy with its mango trees, coconut palms pomegranate bush, all immaculately kept. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and all the important details (garbage pickup etc) explained. Any subsequent service was excellent, as we found when the pool water turned for some reason. Within an hour, someone was there and the pool was cleaned & refilled in a couple of hours. The house had anything one needed for the holiday.
We had a great holiday. We went diving, toured the Island, and hung out on the beach (try the rotis with shrimp). It was Always nice to come back to our house and we would book it again, without any hesitation, were we to stay in Flic en Flac once more.

The landlord should allow more than 8 persons as long as one can sleep on a sofa or an air bed. This is the life style in Mauritius.

We stayed in this beautiful home recently for 3.5 months (December 29th 2016 to April 15th 2017). We found the home (I say home not house) to be exceptionally clean, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, beautifully landscaped with a very private oasis front yard in a very peaceful neighbourhood. There are many wonderful hiking, biking and walking trails within minutes of the Ocean and many bikes in the back shed for your use if you like biking. The pool was simply amazing and exceptionally cleaned. The pool boy would come 3 times a week to attend to the pool.
The moment we walked into this home we could see how the owners Marie and Georges took pride in wanting their guests to be comfortable with all their needs taken care of. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over several years and this one is by far the best yet! We saw Marie and George shortly after arriving in Mauritius asking if there was anything else we needed and to say Brian and Regine (care takers) were available if we had any concerns or questions. Our comfort was their top priority. Weekly Brian and Regine would come and thoroughly clean the entire house even washing the front veranda’s floor.
This home and its owners are a true gem!! What a find for we Canadian Snowbirds.

"A beautiful villa in elegant surroundings overlooking the sea. A real home from home. Delightful swimming pool and garden – we ate the fresh mangos and enjoyed the resident birds. Our guide – Jos was charming and took us to many interesting places. Highly recommended."
