Worst room worst service worst hygiene worst ambiance totally different from the pic shown in OYO app

Staff were good, food was delicious.

Bathroom was unclean, pipes not fixed properly. Hot water was not available inspite keeping the tap open close to 10 mins.

Room clean not properly and room bed sheet very darty. Room .

The hotel is good located and the rooms are big.

The building is old and needs to be fixed. Restaurant for breakfast is dirty and the breakfast was very basic. There were stains on the wall and my bed sheets in my room. The toilet flush and the hot water in the shower was not working. The staff at the check-in was nice. But when I was doing the check-out and I asked for change for my taxi driver they refused to help me.
