Overall the condo is nice and in a great location, close to Copper Mountain (10-15 min drive). It's on a little bit of an hill so make sure you have AWD if it's snowing. The house generally has everything you need for a successful stay and the three bathrooms is a big plus. The property management company is also super nice and always responds quickly with answers to any questions. A couple negatives: the bunk bed in the loft is a bit rough - it's rickety / unstable, the mattresses cave into the center, and the top bunk is so close to the bottom bunk, it's hard to even sleep on the bottom without being afraid if you sit up slightly you will bang your head. Also, the place advertises for 8 people but doesn't have 8 seats around the dining table or in the living room, so it's hard to sit as a group in either room if you have 7-8 people. The beds in the first floor bedroom are fine - a little bit firm and the pillows flat but they do the job well enough. Otherwise, the house was cute with its cabin decor and would recommend for the price.

The property was lovely. The owners have thought of everything. All cabinets and closets are labeled making it easy to find whatever you need. They even had humidifiers, which came in handy! I would highly recommend and I would stay here again.

This condo is easy to access from the interstate and close to all the ski resorts. The complex is very well maintained and we enjoyed the hot tubs. Everything went very smoothly and my family wants to come back!

Our family of 8 truly enjoyed the vacation home and LOVED Colorado. Awesome scenery and skiing/snowboarding! Very Lovely Home! Needs some pots/pans updates and a few more knives :) Most people probably do not cook, but we cook daily :) Staff was very quick to answer/fix issues and did a great!

Property in fair shape. Sliding glass door was broken and wouldn’t open and close properly. Dimmer switch in the dining room wouldn’t work. Upstairs shower handle loose.

We visited for a ski trip and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! 15-20 minute, beautiful drive to Breck. The views alone from the livingroom and bedrooms were everything! House had everything we needed. It was the coziest stay! We’ll 100% be back!

This is the second time we've stayed at this condo in Frisco. It's roomy & has just about everything you could need to make a long stay comfortable & convenient. We had a smoke detector beeping one night & the property manager sent someone over the day I called to change all the batteries. It was a good stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine from there. The location was great for easy access to hiking, biking, and everything in Frisco, Breckenridge, etc. The hot tubs were quite hot, but the kids still had a great time. We'd definitely return!

Enjoyed the location of the property with really quick access to Frisco, Dillon, Keystone and Breckenridge. Spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the view of Lake Dillon. Property was clean and well maintained, fun place to stay.

We really enjoyed out stay at 303E Summit Condo. It was centrally located in Frisco and less than 30 minutes away from Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone and Beaver Creek. The unit is clean and well appointed. The 4 of us had lots of space to spread out. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, though in need of new teflon pots/pans since they ones there are all scratched. The owner provides shampoos, conditioner, body gel, lotion, soups, dishwasher pods, dish soap and detergent! There are tons of spices and even some items in the pantry. The beds were very comfortable and the decor is mountain sport. We loved all of the natural light that pours into the unit, the high ceilings and the privacy. We enjoyed the communal hot tub after a hard day of skiing. We wished we had swim towels for the jacuzzi to help keep us warm from the jacuzzi which is located in the middle of the community area to the unit. The condo came with lots of extra towels, sheets, blankets, games and accessories. The garage is extra long and key to store our ski's and its located right by the stairs to the unit.
Our only complaint is with the dining room chairs which were big, bulky and heavy and difficult to maneuver over carpet. Even for adults. Even so, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

This condo was fantastic. It is a fully stocked condo that will sleep as many as ten folks. It's very close to all the action in Frisco. The main issue with this specific unit was the thermostat and air flow through the unit. My recommendation would be to have the current thermostat upgraded to a modern unit. The issue was wild swings in temperature during the night. The air flow from the heaters to the various rooms should be checked as well during the upgrade to make sure all registers are receiving proper flow.

My family and I loved it. Great location. Close to downtown Frisco and 3 ski resorts. Hot tub was wonderful. Only suggestion would be better cutting and steak knives. It has a ton a room. Very very comfortable. It is on 3 rd floor so the climb can be a lot if your handicap or older. Definitely recommend.

The property was fantastic. The only minor detail that they missed was the lack of salt and pepper shakers. There was bulk salt and pepper available, but would have been a lot better in the shakers instead. I'm sure they will correct this issue after reading this.

The cabin is located in Frisco, about 15 minutes from Keystone ski resort. This cabin has a beautiful lake view and is just down the road from the Dillon dam. The hot tub was nice after a long day and there was plenty of space to host our family of 10. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Great cabin, fun location!!!
The cabin is located in Frisco, about 15 minutes from Keystone ski resort. This cabin has a beautiful lake view and is just down the road from the Dillon dam.
