Reviewer Comments: Had to fix the main patio door so it would open without getting injured, several door knobs had fallen off in the kitchen, all the bed frames were really loose . . . so good thing I had a small tool kit and fixed all that up. The main fridge had an issue where it dripped inside and soaked up all our food. Must be a repeat issue as there was a sign indicating this was happening, and not to adjust any settings. There was also a small mini fridge in the living room to compensate for the issue with the main one. Not that it was the owner's fault but the neighbors smoked pot all week long and the smell came through our vents. There was a nice air purifier left in our room so we ran that on high all week long which helped.

I would hire a new cleaning company and update some things. There was mold in the primary shower that I cleaned upon arrival. Wasn’t difficult to get out so if it was being cleaned correctly it wouldn’t be there. Also mold at the baseboard near the tub. On most of the outlets in the condo, only 1 plug works on the outlet and most are loose. And all the light switches and fire alarm are yellow, those need to be updated. The refrigerator and washing machine both leak. Had to clean up the water daily in the fridge. In 2nd bedroom, bed closest to window is hard as a rock, other bed was perfect. The master bed makes all kinds of noises when you try to move or roll over, it’s annoying. Neither bedrooms have overhead lights on the fans, just lamps. The curtains in the master need to be changed to black out panels. They are white now and do not block out any sun so your room is very bright at 5:30am. The rug on the balcony is disgusting, like it’s never been cleaned, swept, or vacuumed. Again, not cleaned well. There are lots of things that could be updated in this condo especially for the price you are paying. The view from the patio is …..amazing!

We stayed in 510. Only complaints are no trash bags or toilet paper, hair blow dryer etc Other than the mentioned above our place was great.

We also had one night where he was belligerent and played loud music all night. The next morning he had put a sign in his window that said “510 only cares about money” I’m not sure who he was referring too but I guess he’s had some issues with the owner of 510 but I’m not sure. I went to the office the next morning and they assured me they would take care of it and were very helpful and we had no further issues other than the smell.

Great place clean and everything you need

Upon our arrival we were pleased with the condo itself as the property is a bit dated. We immediately noticed the smell of cigarette and Marijuana smoke in the unit. These smells continued for our entire stay, causing allergy flare ups for a few of us. The condo was well represented by the ad. Beds slept well but are obnoxiously sqeaky, and will wake you with every move. The refrigerator continued to leak water into the kitchen floor on and off during our stay. While looking thru the condo we discovered the closet where the air return is and I have to say it was absolutely the most disgusting filth and air filter I have ever seen in a rental. I called and reported this and the refrigerator and noone ever showed up to view either of them. I have to say we were extremely happy with the complex itself and will definitely stay at Regency again. , just don't think we would rent thus particular condo again due to the smell.

The frig leaked water all week, even after maintenance came. The bathrooms need work and the bedroom with 2 beds is so small you can't get in bed on one side. One bed needs to be replaced. Elevators are really slow.

Dated building and condo. Everything someone needs yes but just dated. Nasty air vents walking up to the front door. Ceiling fans dirty. Door lock was all jacked up. Had to call maintenance and he fixed it. Room reeked of Pot smell every single day, went to front office but nothing they could do so we bought candles. Kids at the pool all night long. Music til 2 am. I had to call the front office. Good beds. Very comfy. Kitchen was adequate. Beach service was awesome. One outdoor beach chair was already broken but we used the other two and they were fine. Doubt we will go back to the Regency Towers.

Overall this place is great. Could use a bit more cleanliness. We had a great week! Def be back!

Very easy and a great stay

Perfect 2br/2ba with pull out couch. The condo is a little older and slightly outdated, but clean and a good deal. Love that it comes with beach chair rental paid. Good location. Great pool with bar/affordable good food and activities like karaoke. Dollar General is across the road for all those things that you need last minute.

This property was perfect for our family. Perfect views and the facility is well taken care of. The rooms were spacious and the furniture was comfortable and clean. The property manager was very prompt when inquiring about small things and the condo staff members were so kind and helpful. This is an older condo but there have been some renovations and updates to make it feel more modern. There are still a few minor cosmetic updates that could stand to be done but that is not something that bothers me as I am there for the beach. I highly recommend this condo for a beautiful beach getaway!

We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfy, and the place seemed like it was cleaned. We still did some of our own/ sanitizing before settling in. Great view of the beach. Few things needed fixed, but they were minor things. It needed a new furnace filter, which we went ahead and replaced. The fridge leaked water into the fridge but I dont think this is something that is a big deal. We just wiped up the water and ice in the fridge portion. It is just the make/ model of the fridge, we had one of these and it did the same thing doesnt matter age which this one looks newer. The property manager was very nice and answered all questions prior to our stay. Will definitely stay here again. All staff here were very nice and helpful.

I was apprehensive after I found out it was a 3rd party instead of direct owner. Vrbo does not refund of 3rd party rentals. So pay attention. Room was clean. But the refrigerator leaked water into floor. Master shower knob was broke (couldn’t adjust water temp). Water streamed in master bath sink constantly. Master sliding glass would not open and the dryer didn’t dry well. But over all if was a decent place and I would rent again.

We didn’t come to stay in the condo we came for the beach but this was just the beginning. The refrigerator and freezer doors would not stay closed and the refrigerator filled up with water because of it. The bottom shelf of the refrigerator fell off and we left it on the counter. The condo smelled as if the cleaning crew used old dirty mop when mopping the floors because the place had that nasty smell. The garbage disposal sounded like a spoon was down in it and we dug out the end of the kitchen faucet that had fallen off and went down the drain. The bathroom by the first bedroom had the toilet paper roll that would came off every time you tried to roll out the toilet paper so we just took it off. The master bathroom the faucet in the showe came off in our hand when we tried to turn in the water to take a shower. I called the number of the booking agent and she said the actual agent I booked with did not work in that office that she would send him an email and he would get back with me. I never heard a word from anyone! The tv in the master bedroom would not work either it would come on and that is it! We tried for hours and nothing! At this point my car would have been a better option than that condo! I feel that I should get a refund!

The condo was everything the listing stated it was. We will be staying here again.
