Bien situé à La Plagne, personnel très sympathique.

C'est une "ancienne" auberge de jeunesse, avec petites chambres et dortoirs. Toute petite chambre, avec wifi difficile, sans TV, même pas de table ou tablette pour poser l'ordinateur. Prix excessifs pour la prestation. Très déçu. L'isolation est quasi-inexistante. Musique et cris jusqu'à minuit. Puis réveil à 2h du matin par de nouveaux des cris et rires forts pendant de longues minutes. Aucune intervention de la direction, ni geste commercial malgré une nuit pareille!

Excellent location in the center of La Plagne. Very good ski room with boot dryers. Very good restaurant. Very nice staff that accommodated me with luggage storage.

More vegetarian options on the restaurant menu. Old facilities emphasizing concrete everything-durable but dated. Wifi operable but slow.

Location and staff were brilliant

Cleanliness, dishes, bathrooms and hoovering of bedrooms could be improved. Especially toilets on ground floor. Chill out area was pointless. Very few games and pool table had to be paid for.

Excellent location, it was the perfect accommodation for our family skiing trip - we had everything we needed! Staff were amazing! Loved the ski shop on site, the team were brilliant!

Ce n’est pas un service hôtelier à proprement parler mais plutôt une sorte de pension de famille / chambres d’hôtes mais dans un hôtel.

Simple, clean and comfortable accommodation at less than a minute's walk to the pistes. The continental breakfast and coffee were just the right way to start the day before heading out. There's a great dining/bar area for relaxing in the evenings and the staff were very friendly.

Couldn't fault it! Everyone super friendly, nothing was an issue, very informative. Great ski / snowboard room. Great internet. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great breakfast. Great chilling room. Great, positive people!

The pillow was very flat, but perhaps I should have asked for another pillow.

Location is good, also hotel lobby is nice, al in all a good vibe in a old refurbished hotel.

Never had a room this small, and the pillow was horrible. It is a old and dated building and is refurbished in a cheap way, bit of paint bit of cheap ornaments and yes it has some nice style and the atmosphere is good, but it still is an outdated ond not very comfortable hotel, but location is good for skiing.

Stunning views from the room and good location

Everywhere said it had a swimming pool and spa which was part of the reason for booking and when we arrived, we were told they haven't had that for years. Very disappointing and misleading. It also said there would be a balcony and there wasn't. False advertisement makes me very unhappy and I would really like some money back as I was paying g for the facilities as well as the location

The lovely team of young staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic for the ski lifts and the relaxed atmosphere perfect for a family or group of friends. We enjoyed the evening menu in the restaurant. The chill out room was great to relax in. Having the ski hire with again a great person looking after it on site was brilliant. The rooms are really nicely decorated and simple but great as you can spread out and use the facilities in the hostel ( we did have ourselves and two teenagers in the room so it was a little small but not a problem with the chill out and bar available) We felt really comfortable and welcome and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you guys!!

The staff was super kind, friendly and helpful! The location was relatively good. The hieght of the bed allowed us to store our baggage, which was a necessity, considering the size of the room. The rooms were well heated and so as the bed.

The size of the rooms is incredibly small, not to mention the size of the toilet, which isn't designed for human use. No lift at all. The level of cleaning was bad and very minimal. The breakfast was very simple, and it didn't seem fresh.
