A localização é espectacular mesmo em frente ao mar, a comida do pequeno almoço é saborosa e variada e tem a graça de se ir buscar ao corredor e comer no quarto. No geral o quarta/casinha é muito muito agradavél e o staff é ultra atencioso. A repetir.

Acho que não houve nada que possa chamar negativo mas talvez sejam pontos de melhoria que valem a pena: os tons das luzes do alojamento não são uniformes no mesmo espaço o que, para mim, é menos agradavél, o roupão para o meu namorado era bastante pequeno mas também não pedimos outro e, até pelo bem da conservação do espaço, acho que seria bom colocarem um vidro mais longo na base de duche porque a água vai mesmo para o chão. Ainda assim isto são apenas detalhes para fazer o 100% para mim!

Tuo pačiu iš čia lengvai pasiekiamos visos kitos įdomiausios salos vietos. Už lango nuostabus vaizdas į Atlanto vandenyną, esantį čia pat, tik už 150 metrų. Mūsų apartamentai buvo išties itin erdvūs ---> pirmame aukšte didelė svetainė ir terasa su puikiu vaizdu į vandenyną bei gretimą Faial salą. Antrame aukšte - miegamasis ir vonios kambarys. Viskas šiuolaikiškai ir skoningai įrengta. Žinoma, nemokama vieta automobilio parkavimui. Ir tikrai skanūs pusryčiai + kava (beje, man itin patiko mažučiai krusasnai ir pyragėliai su razinomis) :-) Taip pat didžiulė padėka Anai Paulai už malonų priėmimą atvykus. __________________ This is probably the best place to stay for a few days on Pico Island. The main town of the island - Madalena - is nearby for ~5 km. At the same time, all the other most interesting places on the island are easily accessible from here. Outside the window, there is a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean, which is right here, only 150 meters away. Our apartment was really Great spacious ---> on the first floor there was a big Living room and a Terrace with a great view of the ocean and the neighboring island of Faial. On the second floor - a bedroom and a bathroom. Everything is modern and tastefully furnished. Of course, free parking space. And a really delicious breakfast + coffee (by the way, I especially liked the little croissants and raisin cakes) :-) Also a big thank you to Ana Paula for the kind welcome on arrival.

Neturiu kokių nors konkretesnių nusiskundimų ar priekaištų - na trūko tik geresnio oro ir daugiau saulės spindulių ... :-) __________________ I don't have any specific complaints - the only thing missing was better weather and more sunlight.

Great location in the middle of the famous vineyard of Pico. Spacious apartment, very comfortable, well equipped. We enjoyed a bath in the sea nearby. We also enjoyed the kindness of the person who received us. Excellent experience, that we hope you'll also enjoy !

We liked the owner that was very nice and helpfull.

It was hot and we couldn’t open the curtains before 9 pm because it is oriented west, in the sunset… The location is not the best if you don’t have a car.

Nothing, it was newly built, no charm

No Charm Room in the first floor with view of the parking, stuffy bathroom with no window The staff knocked on our door at 11h05 as we were not out of the room yet when the checkout was at 11h ! We left our bags at the property, to which the hotel agreed, and we almost missed our flight as nobody was there when we came to pick them up !

A beautiful property, setting and facilities offering privacy, peace and quiet. The view from the room and terrace over to Faial was beautiful. The hosts were very accommodating when we arrived late due to car hire issues. The annotated map of the island they provided was very useful for finding places to eat. The self service breakfast to eat in our room was good

The site is currently being developed further, it would be great to have a communal laundry room for guests
